The invention discloses a method for preparing super-hydrophobic silica aerogel by atmospheric pressure drying. The method comprises the following steps: 1) preparing sol; 2) gelatinizing the sol; 3)aging gel; 4) exchanging a gel solvent; 5) carrying out surface hydrophobic modification; and 6) carrying out drying under atmospheric pressure. According to the preparation method of the silica aerogel, provided by the invention, tetraethoxysilane is used as a silicon source, ethanol is used as a solvent, acid and alkali are used as catalysts, and trimethylchlorosilane is used as a surface modifier, so that super-hydrophobic silica aerogel is prepared by atmospheric pressure drying. The prepared SiO2 aerogel with a super-hydrophobic three-dimensional network structure is tested to have a highspecific surface area, low density and good hydrophobicity at a room temperature. Therefore, the silica aerogel prepared through the method provided by the invention has excellent adsorption performance and has a good application prospect in the field of energy conservation. The preparation method of the silica aerogel under atmospheric pressure, provided by the invention, is simple in procedureand low in equipment requirements, can also shorten the process flow and reduce the cost, and is easy to industrialize.

The preparation method is simple and convenient, mild in modification conditions, obvious in effect and the like, and can prepare high-hydrophilcity, large-flux and anti-pollution polysulfone ultrafiltration membrane.

Preparation method and application of hydrophilic polyurethane porous carrier

The invention belongs to the technical field of water processing, and discloses a preparation method and an application of a hydrophilic polyurethane porous carrier. According to the invention, foamed polyurethane processed through an ozone surface treatment is subject to surface grafting copolymerization modification by using an acrylic acid and sulfuric acid aqueous solution with quadravalent cerium ions as an initiator. A reaction is carried out for a certain period of time; and the porous polyurethane carrier is washed and dried. With the method, a fixed microbial amount of the hydrophilic porous polyurethane is improved by approximately 60%. The hydrophilic porous polyurethane is convenient to process. Film forming speed of the modified porous polyurethane is improved, wherein film forming can be accomplished in 2-3 days. Compared to traditional water processing carriers, with the hydrophilic polyurethane porous carrier, film forming time is reduced, workload is reduced, and the preparation technology is simple. The hydrophilic polyurethane porous carrier can resist shock load.

The polyurethane foamed plastic is prepared by mixing, pouring and foaming 50-90 parts of bio-based polyhydric alcohols, 10-50 parts of phosphated lignin, 1-3 parts of amine catalyst, 0.05-0.2 part of tin catalyst, 0.5-2 parts of foam stabilizer, 100-140 parts of isocyanate and 4-7 parts of water. The activity of the lignin is improved through phosphorization modification, and formation of a crosslinking network of the polyurethane foam system is promoted, so that the mechanical property of the foam is improved, the utilization rate of the lignin in the polyurethane foam is increased, and the production cost of the polyurethane foam is reduced. In addition, an anhydrous phosphate solution in modified liquid directly serves as a flame retardant component and is uniformly dispersed in the polyurethane foam, and the heat release rate of the polyurethane foam is reduced, so that the polyurethane foam has high flame-retardant property.

The preparation method comprises the following steps of: 1, modification: adding water into a soy isolate protein to dissolve the soy isolate protein into an 18 to 20% soy isolate protein solution, carrying out normal pressure heating under the condition of 85 to 95 DEG C for 15 to 20min, and adjusting the pH value to a neutral value to obtain modified soy isolate protein solution; 2, mixing: adding collagen hydrolysate and coconut meat extract which account for 5 to 15% of the total weight of the modified soy isolate protein solution into the modified soy isolate protein solution, uniformly stirring, shearing and homogenizing to obtain mixed solution; wherein the weight ratio of the collagen hydrolysate to the coconut meat extract is 2: 1; and 3, drying: carrying out normal pressure storage on the mixed solution under the condition of a water bath of 40 DEG C to 50 DEG C for 1 to 2 hours, after cooling to the room temperature, standing for 10 to 20 minutes, and carrying out spray drying to obtain the anti-freezing soy isolate protein. The preparation method provided by the invention is mild in modification condition, simple in process, easy to operate and short in production time, does not require complex equipment, and has the wide industrial application prospect.
