The invention discloses a
smoke treatment device used for
welding. The
smoke treatment device comprises a
polishing dust suction module and a
smoke purifying module. The
polishing dust suction module comprises a double-layer dust suction cover, a protection cover, an industrial
brush, a first air guide part, a second air guide part and a driving motor. The driving motor is used for driving the industrial
brush to rotate at a high speed so as to conduct
polishing work. During
welding polishing, a mechanical arm drives the double-layer air suction cover to move together, air suction holes of the double-layer dust suction cover and air suction guide holes in the industrial
brush absorb impurities such as toxic gases and
scrap iron at the same time. The smoke purifying module comprises a residual
slag collection chamber, a smoke purifying chamber, an air extracting
machine and an air discharging channel. The residual
slag collection chamber is used for collecting impurities such as
scrap iron generated during
welding polishing, then substances in the smoke purifying chamber are subjected to physical filtering so as to be converted into non-toxic gases, and finally the gases are discharged through the air discharging channel. The smoke treatment device further comprises a control chamber which can be in
signal connection with the mechanical arm, the air extracting
machine and the driving motor, automatic section of work is achieved, the work efficiency is improved, and the smoke treatment device is suitable for industrial application.
