The invention relates to concrete applied to a large-size
radiation-proof building and a construction process of the concrete. The concrete
grout applied to the large-volume
radiation-proof building comprises the following components:
cement, sands, sandstones, barite, polymerized
alcohol amine, polyhydroxy
polyester,
epoxy resin, and water; the construction process of the concrete applied to thelarge-volume
radiation-proof building further comprises the following steps: 1), hardening
a site; 2), mounting a formwork
system; 3), binding reinforcing steel bars; 4), pouring concrete
grout of thehorizontal structure; 5), controlling the layered pouring thickness of the concrete
grout; 6), carrying out
temperature control maintenance on
mass concrete of all ages; 7), removing formwork framesand scaffolds in the formwork
system; and 8), sealing lead plates at construction joints. According to the invention, the adiabatic temperature rise of the
mass concrete can be effectively reduced, hydration heat can be reduced, the
temperature difference between the inside and the outside of the concrete can be controlled, the radiation shielding performance and the
crack resistance of the concrete can be improved, and the
radiation protection performance effect of the structure can be achieved.
