The invention belongs to the technical field of material chemistry, in particular relates to a vanadium dioxide precursor liquid and a method for preparing a thin-film material by using the same. The vanadium dioxide precursor liquid of the invention comprises a soluble vanadium salt, a film forming accelerator and a solvent. The invention further provides a method for preparing a vanadium dioxide thin film by using the vanadium dioxide precursor liquid. The invention overcomes the shortages of the prior preparation technique of liquid-phase vanadium dioxide, reduces the cost of raw materials, and can previously reduce or oxidize the vanadium raw material in the raw materials to quadrivalence so that vanadium element is not necessarily subjected to an oxidation-reduction reaction in the process of thermal treatment. The vanadium dioxide thin film prepared by the invention has uniform phase, good purity and intelligent response to temperature. The vanadium dioxide thin film prepared ona glass substrate has a light transmittance peak value up to 70% at most in a visual light region and an infrared light regulating performance up to 60% at most, and has wide application prospect in the fields of optical functional materials and electric functional materials.

A film layer structure of the coated glass is glass uropatagia / titanium oxide- cerium oxide film / silicon dioxide layer with a plurality of holes, or silicon dioxide layer with a plurality of holes / titanium oxide- cerium oxide film / glass uropatagia / titanium oxide- cerium oxide film / silicon dioxide layer with a plurality of holes. The composite flexible transparent conducting film comprises a flexible transparent substrate, wherein the surface of the flexible transparent substrate is coated with a metal nanowire / carbon nanotube composite conducting layer; metal nanowires form a crossing main conducting network; carbon nanotubes form a branched conducting network; and the branched conducting network is located in a gap of the main conducting network, and connected with the main conducting network. The preparation method of the conducting film comprises the steps of mixing the metal nanowires, the carbon nanotubes, absolute ethyl alcohol or acetone to form a suspension, performing spraying, immersing or transfer printing on the flexible transparent substrate to form a uniform film layer, and finally performing pressing. The method requires no dispersing agent, and is simple in technology, low in cost and easy in scale production; the prepared metal nanowire / carbon nanotube composite flexible transparent conducting film is fewer in conducting network gap, high in visible light transmittance and low in square resistance; the visible light transmittance is greater than or equal to 80%; and the square resistance is less than or equal to 90 ohm / sq.
