The invention relates to a waterborne polyurethane coating glove and production process thereof. The production process comprises the following steps: a. preheating, i.e., putting a fabric glove core on a hand mold and preheating; b. dipping in a coagulator, wherein the coagulator is volatilizable organic acid; c. baking; d. dipping in glue liquid, wherein the ingredients of the glue liquid comprise waterborne polyurethane and water; e. drying; and f. demolding. The waterborne polyurethane coating glove is structurally made by coating the waterborne polyurethane coating on the fabric glove core. According to the invention, volatilizable organic acid is used as the coagulator instead of a calcium salt in the production process; organic acid can be volatilized and recycled during the production, so that the washing step is omitted; and a mechanical foaming waterborne polyurethane coating glove can be made. The waterborne polyurethane coating glove has the characteristics of excellent performance, soft manufactured product, wear resistance, simple production process and wide market prospect, and is environment-friendly, safe.

The preparation method of the immobilized microspheres comprises embedding petroleum hydrocarbon degrading bacteria and nutrient elements through sodium alginate as an embedding material and attapulgite as an adsorbent, and carrying out a series of preparation steps of high density bacteria liquid suspension, immobilization and balling, and enrichment culture to obtain the immobilized microspheres. The immobilized microspheres prepared through the preparation method provided by the invention have favorable aperture conditions and adsorption performances, thereby having strong load capabilities. The immobilized microspheres provide good internal survival environments for petroleum hydrocarbon degrading bacteria, thereby having strong environmental impact resistance capabilities. The immobilized microspheres have the advantages of environmental protection, safety, good biocompatibility and wide foreground of application in bioremediation for petroleum contaminated soil.

The invention relates to copolyester sheets or a copolyester fiber, which comprises terephthalic acid, m-phthalic acid, glycol and 2-methyl-1, 3-propanediol; the mol ratio of dibasic acids to diatomic alcohols is 1 to 1.7-2.4. The preparation method of the copolyester sheet or fiber comprises the following steps: (1) the terephthalic acid, the m-phthalic acid, the glycol and the 2-methyl-1,3-propanediol are mixed for esterification for 1 to 5 hours together with a catalyzer and a heat stabilizer at 220 to 275 DEG C under the pressure of zero to 0.5MPa; (2) pre-polycondensation follows; the pressure is reduced and the temperature is raised to complete polycondensation, thus getting the copolyester sheets; the copolyester sheets are dried in vacuum, thus getting dry copolyester sheets capable of spinning; and the dry copolyester sheets are spun to get the copolyester fiber. The dyeing behaviour of the copolyester fiber is improved; and the copolyester fiber has the characteristics of resisting roughing and pilling and high contractibility. The preparation method is designed rationally and can be industrialized easily, which is safe for the environment.
