heat pipe heat transfer system at a low-temperature end of a low-temperature refrigerator. The
heat pipe heat transfer system comprises a cold source and a
heat pipe heat transfer module, wherein the cold source is used for supplying cold, and the heat
pipe heat transfer module is used for transferring the cold into the low-temperature refrigerator; the heat
pipe heat transfer module comprises a heat exchange block connected with the cold source; the heat exchange block is also connected with at least one heat
pipe; the at least one heat pipe is arranged on a low-temperature refrigerator liner, and low-temperature cycle
working fluid fills the at least one heat pipe. The structure size of the heat
transfer system is reduced, and the weight of the heat
transfer system is reduced; by adopting a
modular design mode, the quality consistency in volume production is guaranteed; the large-scale production of an ultra-low temperature refrigerator adopting a novel low-temperature refrigerating
machine is favorably realized; the efficient heat transfer
bottleneck problem between the compact refrigerating end of the novel low-temperature refrigerating
machine and the high-volume refrigerating space of the low-temperature refrigerator is solved; the cold of the novel low-temperature refrigerating
machine is rapidly and efficiently transferred to the low-temperature refrigerator; compared with the traditional refrigerating
system, the heat pipe heat
transfer system has the advantages that the problem lubricating oil is hard to return at low temperature is eliminated, and the phenomenon that the refrigerating system is blocked due to the fact that the lubricating oil condenses is avoided.
