The raw materials of the transparent super-hydrophobic coating material comprise gas-phase silica nano-particle dispersion liquid which consists of gas-phase silica nano-particles and a solvent, and a hydrophobic treating agent. The invention further discloses a preparation method of a transparent super-hydrophobic coating; a coating of a micro-nano structure is prepared by rubbing and coating a substrate with the gas-phase silica nano-particle dispersion liquid, and then the coating is subjected to surface hydrophobization treatment by the hydrophobic treating agent to obtain the transparent super-hydrophobic coating. The invention discloses a method for preparing a water-oil repellent fluorine-containing textile finishing agent, comprising the following steps of: adding a fluorine-containing alkyl (methyl) acrylate monomer, a higher fatty alcohol (methyl) acrylate monomer, a cross-linking monomer, an emulsifying agent, a solvent, a chain transfer agent and the like into a container in sequence, dropwise adding deionized water at 30-80 DEG C, shearing at high speed for pre-emulsification, carrying out high-pressure homogenization or ultrasound on a pre-emulsified solution, adding an initiator, and polymerizing for 0.5-8h at 50-80 DEG C. The obtained finishing agent has small particle size, uniform polymer composition and favorable properties of mechanical stability, pH stability, chemical stability, dilution stability and storage stability, and contains no components such as PFOS / PFOA (Perfluorooctane Sulfonates / Perfluorooctanoic Acid) and the like harmful to human bodies, and textiles finished with the finishing agent have favorable water-oil repellent property and has lower cost in comparison with like products.

Method for performing complete cotton knitted fabric dyeing post treatment using immobilization laccase

The invention discloses a post processing method for the dyeing of all-cotton knitted fabrics that applies an immobilized laccase, belongs to the technical field of the application of the dyeing and finishing treatment of the knitted fabrics in the printing and dyeing industry, and aims at solving the technical problems that traditional post processing of the knitted fabric dyeing has high soaping temperature, large water consumption and residual washing water with deep chromaticity and achieving the goal for optimizing the post processing effect of the dyeing. The post processing method of the invention adopts calcium alginate and gelatinum as carriers so as to implement the imbedding of the laccase, improves the immobilization efficiency of the laccase in the carriers through glutaraldehyde crosslinking, improves the heat and pH stability of the laccase in the carriers by adding polyethyleneglycol, and realizes the circulation of the immobilized laccase in the post enzyme-washing treatment of the dyeing of the all-cotton knitted fabrics by adding carmowax to improve the thermal stability and the pH stability of the laccase in the carriers. By adopting the post processing method of the invention, the enzyme-washing technique with the immobilized laccase can replace traditional chemical soaping techniques, can not only effectively remove superficial loose color of the dyed all-cotton knitted fabrics and improve the wet processing fastness of the fabrics, but also effectively lower the chromaticity of the post processing residual liquid and release the burden of the sewage treatment of the printing and dyeing, and the post processing method of the invention is favorable for protecting ecological environment.

The invention provides a fluorine-containing waterproofing agent for textiles and a method for preparing the same, belonging to the chemical material field. A self-emulsifying fluorine-containing acrylate block copolymer is synthesized by means of ARGETATRP (Activators Regenerated by Electron Transfer for Atom Transfer Radical Polymerization); and the self-emulsifying fluorine-containing acrylate block copolymer can be directly used after being emulsified and diluted. The self-emulsifying fluorine-containing acrylate block copolymer prepared by the method has excellent pH stability, chemical stability, diluting stability and storage stability; and the fluorine-containing structure units are distributed in form of blocks on the polymeric chain of the fluorine-containing acrylate block copolymer so that the fluorine-containing chain segments can be effectively utilized. Compared with a random fluorocarbon resin, the fluorine-containing acrylate block copolymer is capable of achieving the same performance and the usable amount of fluorine-containing monomers is very low. Moreover, textiles finished by the fluorine-containing waterproofing agent have excellent waterproofness; and compared with the similar products, the fluorine efficiency is improved and the cost is reduced.

Titania-Based Coating for Capillary Microextraction

A method is presented describing in situ preparation of the titania-based sol-gel PDMS coating and its immobilization on the inner surface of a fused silica microextraction capillary. Sol-gel titania-poly (dimethylsiloxane) (TiO2-PDMS) coating was developed for capillary microextraction (CME) to perform on-line preconcentration and HPLC analysis of trace impurities in aqueous samples. The sol-gel titania-based coatings demonstrated strong pH stability and enhanced extraction capability over other commercially availble GC coatings. Extraction characteristics of a sol-gel titania-PDMS capillary remained practically unchanged after continuous rinsing with a 0.1 M NaOH solution (pH=13) for 12 hours.
