Embodiment 1

[0012] Example 1: Prepare 10 parts of 50mg / L Active Dark Blue B-2GLN respectively, and use the above-mentioned immobilized laccase enzyme beads to conduct a cycle decolorization experiment under the conditions of 50°C and pH 5.5, and the single decolorization cycle is 1h. Evaluate each decolorization efficiency according to the change of absorbance OD at the maximum absorption wavelength of 595nm before and after decolorization.

[0013] The experimental results showed that after 10 consecutive decolorization treatments, the 10th decolorization rate of the immobilized laccase enzyme beads remained at 51.5%, and the 10th decolorization rate reached an average of 75.5%, indicating that the immobilized laccase had good reusability .

Embodiment 2

[0014] Example 2: Dyeing 3 parts of cotton knitted wool cloth with 2.0% owf reactive red M-8B, dyeing at 60°C for 30 minutes, adding 2g / L soda ash for 20 minutes to fix the color, washing once at 60°C, and then carrying out under different conditions Post-staining treatment experiments.

[0015] Sample 1: treated with immobilized laccase for 30 minutes at 50°C and pH 5.5;

[0016] Sample 2: Washing treatment at 90°C for 30 minutes;

[0017] Sample 3: Treated with 1.0g / L detergent for 30 minutes at 90°C.

[0018] The knitted fabrics after the above treatment were tested for the soaping fastness and the absorbance OD value at 530nm of the treated samples under different conditions.

[0019] Sample 1: Soaping fastness grade 4-5; OD value = 0.022;

[0020] Sample 2: Soaping fastness grade 3-4; OD value = 0.153;

[0021] Sample 3: Soaping fastness grade 4-5; the system is turbid.

Abstract

The invention discloses a post processing method for the dyeing of all-cotton knitted fabrics that applies an immobilized laccase, belongs to the technical field of the application of the dyeing and finishing treatment of the knitted fabrics in the printing and dyeing industry, and aims at solving the technical problems that traditional post processing of the knitted fabric dyeing has high soaping temperature, large water consumption and residual washing water with deep chromaticity and achieving the goal for optimizing the post processing effect of the dyeing. The post processing method of the invention adopts calcium alginate and gelatinum as carriers so as to implement the imbedding of the laccase, improves the immobilization efficiency of the laccase in the carriers through glutaraldehyde crosslinking, improves the heat and pH stability of the laccase in the carriers by adding polyethyleneglycol, and realizes the circulation of the immobilized laccase in the post enzyme-washing treatment of the dyeing of the all-cotton knitted fabrics by adding carmowax to improve the thermal stability and the pH stability of the laccase in the carriers. By adopting the post processing method of the invention, the enzyme-washing technique with the immobilized laccase can replace traditional chemical soaping techniques, can not only effectively remove superficial loose color of the dyed all-cotton knitted fabrics and improve the wet processing fastness of the fabrics, but also effectively lower the chromaticity of the post processing residual liquid and release the burden of the sewage treatment of the printing and dyeing, and the post processing method of the invention is favorable for protecting ecological environment.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention discloses a post-dyeing method for all cotton knitted fabrics by using immobilized laccase, which belongs to the application technical field of dyeing and finishing of knitted fabrics in the printing and dyeing industry. Background technique [0002] Cotton knitted fabrics are mostly dyed with reactive dyes, and the dyeing process includes dyeing and color fixing steps. In order to improve the wet fastness of fabrics, medium-dark fabrics need to be soaped and washed with water after fixing to remove floating colors on the surface of the fabrics (including unfixed dyes, hydrolyzed dyes, etc.). The traditional soaping method mostly uses high-efficiency chemical detergents, which are treated at 95°C for a certain period of time, and then the floating colors on the surface of the fabric are fully dispersed or dissolved in a water bath through multiple hot water and cold water washes. The traditional soaping process consumes a lot of water, h...
