The invention proposes a method for growing a substrate-modified large-size monolayer molybdenum disulfide film through chemical vapor deposition. Ammonium sulfide serves as a substrate surface modifying agent; a nucleation rate is controlled through such methods as control of a concentration of the modifying agent, a dipping time and a cleaning method; and a film thickness is controlled through such methods as control of a growing temperature, a growing time and an air flow of the chemical vapor deposition. The method can efficiently grow the large-size monolayer molybdenum disulfide film under the condition of a relatively lower growing temperature on the basis of traditional growth chemical vapor deposition equipment. The method for growing large-size monolayer molybdenum disulfide, provided by the invention, is suitable for the growth of large-size monolayer tungsten disulfide, molybdenum diselenide, tungsten diselenide and the like similar to two-dimensional semiconductor materials in structure.

The method comprises the following steps: 1) cleaning a substrate; (2) putting the substrate, molybdenum trioxide powder and selenium powder into a reaction furnace; 3) vacuumizing the interior of the reaction furnace, and introducing an inactive gas; 4) warming, reacting and naturally cooling inside the reaction furnace, and taking out the substrate, so as to obtain a large-area reaction product on the substrate. The method is simple in operation, high in repeatability and strong in controllability; the prepared MoSe2 has the advantages of being large in area, good in uniformity, high in quality and the like, and has important research value and broad application prospect in the fields of solar cells, field effect transistors, photocatalytic hydrogen generation and the like.

Preparation method of molybdenum diselenide/cobalt diselenide nanocomposite

The present invention provides a preparation method of a molybdenum diselenide / cobalt diselenide nanocomposite, and belongs to the technical field of preparation of inorganic nanocomposites. The preparation method comprises the following steps: adding 0.002-0.05 mol / L of molybdate, 0.01-0.1 mol / L of cobalt salt and 0.02-0.5 mol / Lof molybdenum diselenide into deionized water to obtain mixed liquid at first; adding a complexing agent into the mixed liquid, and stirring to obtain emulsion, wherein the volume ratio of the complexing agent and the deionized water is 0.5-2; transferring the emulsion to an autoclave, reacting for 6-24 hours at the temperature of160-240 DEG C, after cooling down the reacted solution, centrifuging, washing and drying to obtain solid powder; and annealing the solid powder for 1-4 hours at the temperature of 400-600 DEG C. The method provided by the present invention has the advantages that raw materials and technological equipment are simple, production cost is low, and the molybdenum diselenide / cobalt diselenide nanocomposite is easy to produce in large scale; and the obtained composite is composed of a micro-tube which is obtained by nanosheets in a self-assembling manner, so that electrocatalytic activity is good.

The invention discloses a molybdenum diselenide / ferroferric oxide magnetic nano composite material, and a preparation method and application thereof. The composite material comprises 10-40 wt% of Fe3O4 and the balance of MoSe2. The preparation method comprises the following steps: by using a molybdenum source, a selenium source and a reducer as raw materials, carrying out solvothermal reaction at 120-260 DEG C, and keeping the temperature for 12-48 hours to obtain the matrix MoSe2 nanoflowers; and dispersing the MoSe2 nanoflowers into a sodium acetate solution, and reacting with a soluble iron salt at 130-260 DEG C for 8-24 hours to obtain the reaction product which is uniform nanoparticles. The composite material has high yield, and has wide application prospects in the fields of catalysis, adsorption, lithium batteries, supercapacitors, lubrication and abrasion, and the like.

The dry film thickness of the antifriction coating is 50-250 mu m, the flashing point of the coating is 110 DEG C, and the specific gravity is 1200 + / - 60 g / L; and the antifriction coating comprises components in percentage by weight as follows: 1-6% of molybdenum disulfide, 10-16% of graphite, 1-4% of graphite fluoride, 2-9% of tungsten disulfide, 0-3% of molybdenum diselenide, 1-3% of nano-diamond, 1-15% of silicon nitride, 2-10% of aluminum oxide, 0-3% of silicon dioxide, 0-2% of antimonous oxide, 3-15% of silicon carbide, 0-1.5% of a carbon nano tube, 10-16% of polyurethane resin, 12-30% of epoxy resin, 6-10% of acrylic resin and 0-6% of a powder surface treating agent. According to the antifriction coating and the method, the process is simple, the cost is lower, performance indexes are all superior to those of a conventional modified polyfluortetraethylene plate and an ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene plate, and the pot bearing coated with the coating has high self-lubricating performance and high wear-resisting performance.

The thickness of a dry film of the antifriction coating layer is 30-50 microns; and the antifriction coating consists of 10-16% of polyester resin, 12-30% of epoxy resin, 6-10% of acrylic resin, 1-6% of molybdenum disulfide, 10-16% of graphite, 1-4% of graphite fluoride, 2-9% of tungsten disulfide, 0-3% of molybdenum diselenide, 1-3% of nano diamond, 1-15% of silicon nitride, 2-10% of aluminium oxide, 0-3% of silicon dioxide, 0-2% of antimony trioxide, 3-15% of silicon carbide and 0-1.5% of carbon nano tube based on the total weight. The antifriction coating layer provided by the invention has good wear resistance and corrosion resistance; and the screw with a composite molybdenum disulfide antifriction layer provided by the invention can guarantee the operation stability of the screw compressor in a dry state, improves the air quality of the compressor, and meets the harsh requirements on the air quality of compressor in the food production, the packaging industry, the pharmacy, the bioengineering, the electroplating industry, the automobile spraying industry and the textile industry.

The invention provides a liquid phase synthesis method of an ultra-thin molybdenum diselenide nanosheet, which comprises the following steps of: mixing a molybdenum source, a selenium source and organic amine, and removing impurities to obtain a mixed solution; reacting the mixed solution at 240-300 DEG C for 20-60min to obtain an ultra-thin molybdenum diselenide nanosheet; wherein the molybdenumsource is selected from one or more of ammonium molybdate, sodium molybdate, ammonium phosphomolybdate, molybdenum trioxide, oxymolybdenum acetylacetonate and molybdenum acetate; the selenium source is selected from one or more of selenium powder, selenium methionine and dibenzyl diselenium. According to the invention, a precursor source (a molybdenum source and a selenium source) of a specific kind and an organic amine solvent are selected to promote spreading to form an ultra-thin molybdenum diselenide nanosheet with a large area and an uniform and smooth appearance; the raw materials are common raw materials, the conditions are mild, and the method is simple; the method has short preparation period and high yield. The nanosheet has a single-layer or several-layer morphology. That the molybdenum diselenide is a coexistent phase of 1T phase and 2H phase, which can be seen from a photoelectron spectrogram and a high-angle annular dark field image and is beneficial to the improvement ofthe conductivity.

The preparation method of the flaky molybdenum selenide / carbon fiber sheet composite material comprises the steps that selenium powder is dissolved into hydrazine hydrate, and then, a solution A is formed through ultrasonic treatment; sodium molybdate is dissolved into deionized water,and then acetic acid is added to obtain a solution B; anodic oxidation pretreatment is carried out on hydrophilic type carbon cloth, and then washing and drying are carried out to obtain the hydrophilic type carbon cloth after treatment; and the solution A and the solution B are mixed to form a solution C, the hydrophilic type carbon cloth after the treatment is placed in the solution C, ultrasonic treatment is carried out, then, hydrothermal reaction is carried out, and finally burning is carried out under an inert atmosphere. The molybdenum selenide and the hydrophilic type carbon cloth arerecombined, a synergistic effect is used, a stable composite structure is established through carbon fiber sheet formworks, agglomeration of the molybdenum selenide and the hydrophilic type carbon cloth is restrained, the diffusion rate of sodion is improved, more carrier transport channels are provided, the structural stability and the high electrical conductivity of a whole electrode during charging and discharging are maintained, the electrode reaction dynamics process is accelerated, and thus the structural stability and electrical conductivity of cathode materials are improved.

The material has favorable rate capability; when the current density is 1000 mAg-1, the reversible capacity can be up to 560 mAhg-1. When the current density is restored from 1000 mAg-1 to 100 mAg-1, the reversible capacity can be restored to 920 mAhg-1 while excellent cycling stability is kept.

The catalyst has the advantages of simple preparation method, large specific surface area, high catalytic activity, excellent stability and the like.

Preparation of MoSe2/SrTiO3 efficient compound photocatalyst

The invention belongs to the field of catalysts, and in particular relates to a preparation of a MoSe2 / SrTiO3 efficient compound photocatalyst. The photocatalyst is formed by compounding strontium titanate and diselenide molybdenum through a secondary hydrothermal method. The preparation method comprises the following steps: mixing titanium isopropoxide with citric acid in ethanol, dropwise addinga strontium nitrate solution and a sodium hydroxide solution separately under a magnetic stirring condition, transferring the solution to a hydrothermal kettle to be heated, cooling the solution to room temperature and washing and drying the solution to obtain a compound matrix strontium titanate; and then mixing strontium titanate with a diselenide molybdenum precursor solution, transferring thesolution to the hydrothermal kettle to be heated, cooling the solution to room temperature and washing and drying the solution to obtain the MoSe2 / SrTiO3 efficient compound photocatalyst. The preparation method of the photocatalyst is relatively simple and easy to control conditions, and the photocatalyst can be recycled, is free of pollution and can degrade methyl orange and organic dyes with similar genes to methyl orange efficiently.
