Keggin structure is the best known structural form for heteropoly acids. It is the structural form of α-Keggin anions, which have a general formula of [XM₁₂O₄₀], where X is the heteroatom (most commonly are P⁵⁺, Si⁴⁺, or B³⁺), M is the addenda atom (most common are molybdenum and tungsten), and O represents oxygen. The structure self-assembles in acidic aqueous solution and is the most stable structure of polyoxometalate catalysts.

The technical scheme solves the problems well and can be used in the industrial production of the preparation of ethylene by ethanol dehydration.

Heteropolyacid ionic liquid and application of heteropolyacid ionic liquid in oxidative desulfurization

The invention provides a method for preparing a phosphotungstate heteropolyacid ionic liquid and application of phosphotungstate heteropolyacid ionic liquid in diesel oxidative desulfurization. The ions in the ionic liquid comprise phosphotungstic acid anions having a Keggin structure and [C18H20N4O4]<+> organic cations and a catalyst has the general structure of 1,1'-[1,3-phenylenebis(methylene)]bis[3-(carboxymethyl)]-1H-imidazole dihydrogen phosphotungstate. The ionic liquid disclosed by the invention is used as an oil oxidation desulfurization catalyst and has the advantages of being small in usage amount, high in catalytic activity and fast in desulfurization speed and can be recycled and is easy to separate and the like.

Composite nanometer phosphotungstic acid-titanium dioxide photocatalysis material and preparation method thereof

The invention discloses a composite nanometer phosphotungstic acid-titanium dioxide photocatalysis material and a preparation method thereof. The method includes the steps: firstly, titanium dioxide collosol, phosphotungstic acid and propylene glycol methyl ether, of which the mass ratio is 20 to 3 to 50, are uniformly mixed to form composite collosol; secondly, the composite collosol is heated for 30 minutes at the temperature of 300 DEG C to form dried gel; and finally, the dried gel is mechanically processed for two hours by ball milling so as to obtain phosphotungstic acid-titanium dioxide photorecombination photocatalyst materials. Compared with the prior art, the phosphotungstic acids of the invention are combined into a stable netty structure in the form of W-O-P molecular linkages, thereby reducing the oxidation-reduction potential, enabling a titanium dioxide composite membrane photoabsorption wavelength to generate redshift, and improving the utility ratio of titanium visible light; and further more, after the subsequent step of heating photocatalysis materials is accomplished, the keggin structure of the phosphotungstic acid is not affected, and high catalytic activity can still be maintained.

The invention relates to a novel polyoxometallate compound, wherein the molecular formula of the compound is K6ZrW11O39Sn<II>.12H2O and has a Keggin structure. The polyoxometallate compound prepared in the invention has the advantages of simple preparation method and easily available raw materials; the polyoxometallate compound can be used as a photocatalyst, and can well decolor and degrade organic dye wastewater having an acid brilliant scarlet or acid brilliant scarlet-like structure under visible light conditions; and the polyoxometallate compound has wide application prospects in the organic dye wastewater degradation.

Immobilized heteropoly acid ionic liquid catalyst and preparation method thereof

The invention provides an immobilized heteropoly acid ionic liquid catalyst for liquid phase Beckmann rearrangement reaction and a preparation method thereof. A carrier is graphene oxide (GO) powder prepared by a modified Hummers chemical method. The method comprises the following steps: firstly performing condensation reaction between GO and a silane coupling agent, then performing alkylation reaction with imidazole, successively sulfonating with alkyl sultone and finally performing disproportionated reaction through Keggin structure heteropolyacid. The immobilized heteropoly acid ionic liquid catalyst provided by the invention firstly utilizes GO as the carrier, and heteropoly acid ionic liquid with a sulfonic acid group is immobilized on the surface of the catalyst through a chemical grafting method. The preparation method provided by the invention has the benefits that raw materials are easy to obtain, the catalyst is simple to prepare, a solvent can be recycled after the catalyst is used, and almost no pollution is caused to the environment. The synthesized catalyst is applied to the liquid phase Beckmann rearrangement reaction; the catalyst is convenient for separation and recovery operation, and long in service life, so that the use cost is greatly reduced; therefore, the catalyst becomes a green chemical novel catalytic material with an application prospect.
