The synthesis method comprises the following steps: dissolving phosphomolybdic acid, cadmium nitrate and an organic ligand (2,2-dipyridyl) into deionized water, adjusting the pH value to 1.5, and conducting reacting for 4 days at the temperature of 160 DEG C. According to the invention, the polyacid group cadmium metal organic hybrid material constructed by phosphomolybdate can be obtained.
