The method provided by the invention substantially reduces the energy consumption of an apparatus for hydrogen production from raw gas, increases hydrogen yield, recovers almost all the effective hydrogen component in the desorbed gas, realizes recovery and graded utilization of each component in the raw gas while guaranteeing low energy consumption and high yield, and by-produces sulfur, pure nitrogen and the other products while preparing pure hydrogen.
