The present invention resolves the problems of the prior water faucets, such as high cost, low rate of finished products, complex technique, etc. The fabrication method of the stainless steel water faucet includes five steps: (A) the fabrication of a shell mold: the melted wax is infused into a mould, and after the wax is coagulated, the mould is opened in order to obtain a wax model matching the valve body of the water faucet; the outer surface of the wax model is evenly coated with adhesive slurry, which then evenly adhibits sand grains on the outer surface of the wax model, the shell mold is produced after steam is applied to thoroughly take off the wax in the shell mold, and the shell mold is then baked; (B) the fabrication of the valve body; (C) the fabrication of a cover plate and welding; (D) the polishing of the valve body; (E) assembly: a valve core, a valve rod and a handle are produced. The fabrication method of the stainless steel water faucet has the advantages of simple technique, easy embodiment, saving of materials and low cost, and moreover, because the water faucet is made of stainless steel material, the water faucet is not faded and rusted, so the appearance is good.

A direct current reaction magnetron sputtering method is adopted at the room temperature, a copper target serves as a sputtering target material, oxygen serves as reaction gas, argon serves as sputtering gas, the cuprous oxide film is deposited on a substrate, and deposition of the cuprous oxide film is conducted in a vacuum chamber with the vacuum degree being 6.0*10<4> Pa or above; the copper target sputtering power is 40-150 W, and the deposition time is 1-30 minutes; oxygen flow is 2-30 sccm, and argon flow is 5-100 sccm. The cuprous oxide film prepared from the method is transparent, conductive, high in deposition rate and high in controllability, has a single phase, good adhesiveness, uniformity and stability and has wide application prospect in the fields of heterojunction solar cells, photoelectric devices, gas sensing materials, photocatalysts, high-temperature superconductor materials, environmental purification and the like.

Medical latex film and preparation method thereof

The invention provides a medical latex film and a preparation method thereof. The medical latex film comprises 0.01-0.05 part of nano-silver, 0.1-1 part of water-soluble chitosan, 0.1-1 part of an antioxidant, 2-5 parts of an antiskid agent, 5-10 parts of water-based polyurethane and 80-90 parts of natural latex, wherein the antioxidant is tea polyphenol, and the antiskid agent is alpha hydroxy acids. The tea polyphenol has a strong elimination effect on harmful free radicals, and has a very significant anti-oxidation effect. The alpha hydroxy acids are multiple organic acids extracted from fruits, are active compounds existing in many natural fruits or yoghurts, are harmless to human bodies, and have a remarkable antiskid effect. The invention also provides the preparation method of the medical latex film. The medical latex film has anti-oxidation and antiskid effects, and has an antibacterial effect.

Gum-protecting device

The invention discloses a gum-protecting device which is an integrated shell structure. The inner surface of the shell is matched with the half of the longitudinal section of a tooth drill body. The shell of the gum-protecting device is devised into a machine needle base connector, a body connector, a gum-protecting part and a positioning part. The gum-protecting part of the gum-protecting deviceis matched with the machine needle on the tooth drill; the inner diameter of the gum-protecting part is larger than the diameter of the machine needle; and a gap is remained at the fixed socket part of the machine needle of the tooth drill. The front end of the gum-protecting part is provided with a positioning part which is extruded out of the length of the front end of the machine needle; the machine needle base connector of the um-protecting device is covered at the external surface of the machine needle base of the tooth drill; the body connector of the um-protecting device is covered at the external surface of a handle of the tooth drill; the machine needle base connector and the body connector are tightly matched with the tooth drill body, so that the gum-protecting device can be stably fixed at the external surface of the tooth drill. The gum-protecting device has the positioning function in the process of polishing tooth shoulder, and effectively separates the machine needle from the gum to protect the gum.
