The invention discloses a nanometer
antifouling coating liquid. The preparation raw materials comprise the following components:
tetraethyl orthosilicate, organic modifiers, deionized water, organic solvents, and catalysts. After the nanometer
antifouling coating liquid coats the surface of a photovoltaic glass substrate, a firm nanometer
antifouling coating with a thickness of about tens of nanometers can be formed on the surface of the photovoltaic glass substrate in a self-
assembly manner, the nanometer antifouling
coating is colorless, odorless, smooth and transparent, and has the properties which are similar to those of a
lotus leaf surface, such as good
water resistance, oil proofness, anti-
fouling performance and the like. Most of polar groups such as
silicon hydroxyl in the photovoltaic glass substrate are isolated from the outside world by the nanometer antifouling
coating, and dust is not easy to accumulate on the surface of a
photovoltaic power generation panel inclined at an angle of a certain degree under the protection of the nanometer
coating, so that the difficulty and frequency of cleaning the
photovoltaic power generation panel are reduced, operation and maintenance costs of a
photovoltaic power station are reduced, and the
yield rate of the
photovoltaic power generation is improved.
