The invention discloses a matte cathode electrophoresis coating, comprising a matte cathode electrophoresis coating emulsion and a colour paste which are independently stored, wherein the matte cathode electrophoresis coating emulsion comprises 40-50 parts of matrix resin, 0.5-1 parts of alcohol ether cosolvent, 3-5 parts of organic acid, 0.3-0.6 parts of emulsifier, 40-50 parts of deionized water, and 0.5-1 parts of acid; the colour paste comprises 20-30 parts of matrix resin, 5-10 parts of alcohol ether cosolvent, 3-8 parts of organic acid, 0.3-0.7 parts of alkyne diol emulsifier, 30-40 parts of deionized water, 15-20 parts of filler, 3-8 parts of microgel resin, and 5-9 parts of extinction powder; and during the use of the matte cathode electrophoresis coating, the colour paste and the matte cathode electrophoresis coating emulsion are mixed in a ratio of 1: (2 to 3), and then deionized water having the same amount with the mixed solution of the colour paste and the matte cathode electrophoresis coating emulsion is added. By using the coating for coating, a coating film which is excellent in smoothness, uniform in extinction, good in drug tolerance and constructability, and the like can be obtained.
