According to the invention, polyisocyanate and an epoxy main chain undergo oxazolidonization, and a mixed structure of a tertiary-amine-grafted epoxy-terminated quaternary ammonium salt 4N structure or ketoimine-epoxy resin-amidated primary amine salt 1N structure and a thio compound-rafted epoxy-terminated thio salt 3S structure is introduced at the same time; since a mixed component composed of 3S+4N or 3S+1N is used as a main dispersion emulsion of cathodic electrophoretic color paste, the dispersibility and storage stability of the cathodic electrophoretic color paste are guaranteed; the number of amino groups in the cathodic electrophoretic coating is greatly reduced, so amine substances released by a cathodic electrophoretic film during high-temperature baking of an automobile is substantially reduced; and influence on yellowing reactivity of a plasticizer in the automobile sealant is greatly decreased, and the situation that automobiles are returned to factories and production lines for reworking and maintenance due to yellowing of the sealant with time is eliminated.
