The invention discloses a preparation method of health
wine of fruits of physalisalkengi L. var. franchetii (Mast.) Makino. The preparation method comprises the following steps: (1) selecting fresh and plump fruits of physalisalkengi L. var. franchetii (Mast.) Makino, performing peeling and washing, and squeezing the fruits into juice; (2) washing the peel of the fruits of physalisalkengi L. var.franchetii (Mast.) Makino, and performing
drying for later use; (3) sterilizing the juice of the fruits of physalisalkengi L. var. franchetii (Mast.) Makino, adding distiller's
yeast into the sterilized juice, performing even mixing, and then performing sealing and
fermentation for 50-80 days so as to obtain a fermented mixture; (4) adding the peel of the fruits of physalisalkengi L. var. franchetii (Mast.) Makino into the mixture, and then performing sealed
fermentation for 20-30 days; (5) performing separation on the fermented mixture so as to obtain
wine of fruits of physalisalkengi L. var.franchetii (Mast.) Makino; and (6) then adding fresh fruits of physalisalkengi L. var. franchetii (Mast.) Makino and wolfberry fruits to the
wine of fruits of physalisalkengi L. var. franchetii (Mast.) Makino, and performing soaking for 10-12 days so as to obtain the health wine of the fruits of physalisalkengi L. var. franchetii (Mast.) Makino. The health wine of fruits of physalisalkengi L. var. franchetii (Mast.) Makino has a high liquor yield,
nutrient components in the fruits of physalisalkengi L. var. franchetii (Mast.) Makino are not affected, and the beneficial effects of the fruits of physalisalkengi L. var. franchetii (Mast.) Makino in the wine can be developed fully; and the added wolfberry fruits can give excellent health-care effects to the wine of fruits of physalisalkengi L. var. franchetii (Mast.) Makino, and the taste of the wine is ensured through second addition of the fruits of physalisalkengi L. var. franchetii (Mast.) Makino.
