The invention provides a two-way loading fractured rock
mass visual splitting grouting test device and method, and is suitable for the field of
geotechnical engineering. The device comprises a splitting steel plate box, a side pressure loading part, a grouting part, a
stress monitoring part, a separated hydraulic jack and a high-speed camera.
Axial pressure is applied through the loading device, the lateral pressure is applied through
water pressure by means of a lateral loading liquid bag, the
scalability of the lateral loading liquid bag is combined with the characteristic that the rigidityof the
axial pressure loading plate is small, and
corner effect of a loaded fractured rock
mass is eliminated. Furthermore, the whole transportation process of the split grouting
slurry can be shot inreal time by adopting a transparent acrylic plate; rock samples are spliced according to different combination phases to form a fractured rock
mass, and fractures with different inclination angles inthe rock mass are well simulated; the problems of the
corner effect and
invisibility in a loaded rock mass sample are solved, the fractured rock mass is assembled in a
rock sample splicing mode to besubjected to a splitting grouting test in a two-way stress state, and important significance is achieved for researching fracturing grouting of the fractured rock mass.
