Therefore, the inductance of the transformer in the deep saturation state can be obtained by performing linear fitting on the obtained excitation curve. The invention relates to a method for realizing the parallel single-pixel imaging, which expands a basic method of the single-pixel imaging into a pixel array (image) sensor and greatly widens the application range of the single-pixel imaging method. The method comprises the following steps of firstly, calculating and positioning an observation area of each pixel on a pixel array by projecting and shooting a pattern mode of a Fourier slice; secondly, projecting a required pattern mode to the scene by using a projector, and shooting by using a camera to obtain a corresponding image; secondly, executing a parallel single-pixel imaging image reconstruction algorithm on all pixels on the camera image to obtain a corresponding image with projector resolution under each camera pixel. Due to the fact that the sparsity during the light transmission process is fully explored, the parallel single-pixel imaging method can greatly improve the imaging efficiency of a traditional single-pixel system. Meanwhile, the corresponding relation between the camera pixels and the projector pixels is established through the reconstruction result, and a good effect is achieved for further promoting the development of the optical imaging theory, the computer graphics and the computer vision.

According to the preparation method, microsatellite molecular markers of dendrobium officinale are developed from the EST sequences, so that the preparation method has the advantages of simplicity, rapidness, stability, high efficiency and low cost. As biological data has the advantagesof being high in dimensionality and small in sample size, variables are evaluated and selected through the simple and accurate decision rule, and classification and forecasting are important tasks ofbiological data analysis.
