The present invention provides a system and method for using key-value pairing to identify uniquely a communication device on a mobile network. In some embodiments a user of the device visits the mobile network site of a publisher. The publisher sends header information received from the device to an inventoried content delivery service (ICDS). The ICDS analyzes the header information associated with the device and forwarded by the publisher. The ICDS locates a key-value pair in the header data that can be uniquely associated with the device, and stores the exact value of the key-value pair in a database. The ICDS then may use that value as an index for accumulating information accompanying the value. Thus, the ICDS learns about the actions taken on the mobile network using the device, and can use this information in a variety of ways.

The microwave power detection system based on the parallel-connected MEMS cantilever beams comprises a gallium arsenide substrate, wherein a plane-waveguide center signal line (A), a parallel-connected MEMS cantilever beam structure (B) and a capacitance type microwave power sensor (C) are arranged on the substrate. When a microwave signal is transmitted on the plane-waveguide center signal line, the two parallel-connected MEMS cantilever beams generate displacement under the action of the electrostatic force, and the to-be-measured power is detected by the capacitance type microwave power sensor.

The invention discloses a dual channel microwave power detection system based on a microelectronic mechanical microwave power sensor and a preparation method thereof. The system has the advantages of simple structure, large measurement range and no direct current power consumption. The system is based on a gallium arsenide substrate. A coplanar waveguide transmission line (A), a thermoelectric MEMS microwave power sensor (B) and an MEMS clamped beam capacitor type microwave power sensor (C) are designed on the substrate. When the power of a microwave signal is small, the thermoelectric MEMS microwave power sensor carries out detection according to the one-to-one corresponding relationship between the thermopile output voltage and the microwave power. When the power of the microwave signal is large, the MEMS clamped beam capacitor type microwave power sensor carries out detection. A square mass block is designed on an MEMS clamped beam above the coplanar waveguide transmission line. The area with the coplanar waveguide transmission line is increased, and at the same time the weight of the center position of the MEMS clamped beam is increased. Static power is more likely to cause large deformation of the MEMS clamped beam, and the system sensitivity is improved.

The invention relates to a pore network model (PNM)-based bionic bone scaffold constructing method. The method comprises the following steps of: acquiring a cross section image of microscopic three-dimensional micropore structural information and three-dimensional space position density information of a human bone by a micro computed tomography (Micro-CT) technology; performing threshold value processing to acquire binarized image data; extracting a spongy bone part, and measuring by using Mimics software to acquire porosity, penetration rate, aperture and the like; programming PNM bone scaffold parameters according to a PNM principle by using the acquired bone overall dimension data and internal size data; acquiring a generating program of the bone scaffold by using a programming tool C++ and OPENGRIP language programming; generating a three-dimensional model of the PNM bionic bone scaffold by using a Unigraphics (UG) secondary development platform; and finally leading the PNM bionic bone scaffold into the Mimics software to verify the parameters, such as the aperture, the penetration rate and the like of the PNM bionic bone scaffold. The bone scaffold well imitates a natural bone, and has high performance similar to that of the natural bone; and a good porous structure and the high penetration rate are favorable for differentiation and flowing of bone derived cells.
