machine interaction module, a login module, a scene
simulation module, a
signal acquisition module and a
processing module, wherein the man-
machine interaction module comprises a first PC terminal, a VR head-mounted display and an operation
handle, and a user enters a training
system through the first PC terminal and the VR head-mounted display; the login module is used for performing login after the information and identity of the user are identified and verified; the scene
simulation module comprises an interference training scene and a pressure training scene; the
signal acquisition module is used for acquiring and sending
human body physiological information and
lower limb joint movement information in a training process; and the
processing module is used for fusing the information sent by the
signal acquisition module so as to calculate and output a psychological assessment result of the user in real time. The invention provides the immersive anti-stress psychological training system and method based on the VR technology, and aims to solve the problems of long user
training period, high
time cost, single training form, weak interactivity and generally low application efficiency in an existing psychological training method.
