Abstract

The present invention discloses a method for detecting psychological stress based on EEG signals. The method comprises three parts of an EEG signal acquisition device, a special EEG signal analysis system and a psychological stress level module. A working principle is as follows: 1, brain wave signals of a wearer collected by using the EEG signal acquisition device are transmitted to the special EEG signal analysis system in real time; 2, the EEG signals are decoded and preprocessed and EEG signal power spectrum density characteristics of different psychological stress grades in a database arecalculated and extracted to establish a psychological stress EEG database; 3, a random forest algorithm is applied to establish a machine learning model to classify and train psychological stress oncharacteristic values of the different EEG signals; and 4, judging the psychological stress grades of the EEG signals transmitted from the EEG signal acquisition device according to a grading model. Adesign is conducted based on data characteristics of the EEG signals, a data model of the EEG signal characteristics corresponding to different psychological stress levels is established, and psychological stress of the wearer of the EEG signal acquisition device can be judged in real time.
