Axial pressure is applied through the loading device, the lateral pressure is applied through water pressure by means of a lateral loading liquid bag, the scalability of the lateral loading liquid bag is combined with the characteristic that the rigidityof the axial pressure loading plate is small, and corner effect of a loaded fractured rock mass is eliminated.
