The invention discloses a method for synthesizing
chloromethane from gas-state
hydrogen chloride. The method particularly comprises the following steps: reacting by virtue of
hydrogen chloride gas andmethanol in a row tube circulating
fluidized bed reactor, so as to generate
methane chloride, wherein a discharging hole is formed in the bottom of the reactor, a discharging
pipe is connected with amethanol collection tank, a stirring hole, a gas-phase outlet, a vent hole and a feeding hole are formed in the top of the reactor, stirring rotating speed is uniform, the gas-phase outlet is connected with a
vacuum pump, the vent hole is connected with a
hydrogen chloride gas
buffer tank, the feeding hole is connected with a
methanol high-level tank, and an inlet and an outlet are formed in thelower side of a reactor kettle and are respectively connected with a condensate water inlet and a condensate water outlet; and starting a
vacuum pump to stir, introducing condensate water, switching on a bottom valve of the
methanol high-level tank, and simultaneously opening a venting
pneumatic valve so as to introduce
hydrogen chloride gas. The method has the beneficial effects that
hydrogen chloride gas can be substantially consumed, the procedure for recycling
hydrochloric acid from
hydrogen chloride is reduced, and the recycling cost is lowered; and the productivity of
chloromethane is increased, and the benefit of an enterprise is increased.
