nitrogen and
phosphorus removal porous filler and a preparation method thereof, and belongs to the technical field of
sewage treatment auxiliary materials. The porous filler provided by the invention is prepared by taking
polyvinyl alcohol as a main component, adding a
phosphorus removal adsorbent subjected to activation pretreatment, and performing foaming, crosslinking and curing, and specifically the preparation method comprises the following steps: step a, soaking the
phosphorus removal adsorbent in a
magnesium and aluminum compound solution, performing
drying treatment, and crushing into adsorbent particles; step b, adding
polyvinyl alcohol into water, heating and stirring to prepare a
polyvinyl alcohol solution; c, sequentially adding the phosphorus removal adsorbent particles, a catalyst, a surfactant, a cross-linking agent and a
foaming agent into the polyvinyl
alcohol solution, stirring and foaming, pouring into a mold, and carrying out heat preservation, curing and shaping; and d, demolding, cleaning,
drying, and
cutting into blocks with corresponding sizes according to needs. The preparation method disclosed by the invention is simple in process and has an ideal removal effect on
