The method comprises the following steps of taking lignin residue hydrolyzed by biomass as carrier raw material of solid acid; synthesizing the raw material into solid acid through a two-step way of carbonization and sulfonation, so that the waste material is recycled and the problem of disposal of pollutants is solved. In the dehydration reaction of lignin-based solid acid catalyzed fructose and glucose, the yield of 5-hydroxymethylfurfural can be respectively 84% and 68%; after the dehydration reaction, the lignin-based solid acid is easy to separate and reusable, the acid density of the solid acid can be reduced after being reused five times, and the yield of the 5-hydroxymethylfurfural is still higher than 75%. The method provided by the invention can be used for realizing emission without pollution, and is helpful for realizing environment-friendly producing process of 5-hydroxymethylfurfural.

Method for nickel and cobalt recovery from laterite ores by combination of atmospheric and moderate pressure leaching

A process for leaching laterite ores containing limonite and saprolite. Sufficient mineral acid is added to a slurry of limonite which is leached at atmospheric pressure to dissolve most of the soluble non-ferrous metals and soluble iron. After adding saprolite the slurry is further leached at a temperature above the normal boiling point and at a pressure above atmospheric pressure for a time sufficient to leach most of the contained nickel in the saprolite and to precipitate most of the iron in solution. The pressure of the slurry is then reduced, and nickel and / or cobalt is subsequently recovered from the leach solution by solvent extraction, resin-in-pulp or other ion exchange, sulfide or hydroxide precipitation, or other recovery method.

The invention has the advantages that: the manufacturing process is easy to control, the comprehensive performances of steel plate can be stably acquired and simultaneously the adding quantity of vanadium can be reduced by 35 percent to 50 percent through controlling V / N ratio, thereby reducing alloying production cost and improving competitive strength of products.

The invention relates to heavy-metal high flocculant and application thereof in the treatment of heavy metal-containing waste water and belongs to the technical field of waste water treatment. The flocculant is obtained by uniformly mixing a polysilicate aluminum ferric sulfate solution and a dimethyl diallyl ammonium chloride solution, wherein the preferable mixing temperature is 70-100 DEG C. The high flocculant is used for treating the low-concentration heavy-metal mixed waste water, and the concentration of the heavy metal can reach the standard so as to be discharged after being subjected to the flocculation deposition; when the high flocculant is used for the high-concentration heavy-metal waste water, a majority of the heavy metal is transferred into the floc after being subjected to the flocculation deposition, so that the load can be alleviated for the subsequent treatment, and the precipitate floc can be returned to a smelting process so as to recycle the heavy metal.

The invention provides a can steel sheet having satisfactory surface appearance and having workability, appearance property after working and high yield that can meet demands on complicated can forming, and a manufacturing process thereof. To be more specific, according to the invention, a slab having a composition containing, in weight %, C: more than 0.005% and equal to or less than 0.1%, Mn: 0.05-1.0% is subjected to hot-rolling at a finishing temperature of 800 to 1000° C., to coiling at 500 to 750° C., to cold-rolling, followed by continuous annealing at a recrystallization temperature or higher and 800° C. or lower, and then to box annealing at a temperature higher than 500° C. and equal to or lower than 600° C. for 1 hr or longer. The steel sheet has preferably a structure containing ferrite as a principle phase and having a mean grain diameter of 10 mum or less and further containing 0.1-1% by weight of pearlite grains each having a grain diameter of 0.5-3 mum. To obtain satisfactory surface appearance, it is preferable that the steel contains: Ti: 0.015-0.10%, Al: 0.001-0.01%, and a total of 0.0005-0.01% of one or two members of Ca, REM, and S-5x((32 / 40)Ca+(32 / 140)REM) of 0.0014% or less.
