The process provided by the invention can effectively reduce the quantity of the sulfanilamide-resistant bacteria and the abundance of the sulfanilamide-resistant genes in breeding-source organic fertilizer products, lowers release of sulfanilamide-resistant factors in the breeding industry to farmland environments, alleviates the problems of environmental pollution and potential risks to human health brought by recycling of breeding waste, and provides guarantee for safe usage of breeding-source organic fertilizer and sustained development of recycling agriculture.

The invention discloses a method for improving the aerobic composting effect of cephalosporin fermentation mushroom dregs by using electron beam irradiation, and belongs to the technical field of solid waste treatment and disposal. The method comprises the following steps: carrying out electron beam irradiation pretreatment on the cephalosporin zymophyte residues; mixing with solid waste, adding a microbial agent, uniformly mixing, and carrying out aerobic composting fermentation to prepare a fertilizer; while in the electron beam irradiation process, the abundance of drug-resistant bacteria and cephalosporin resistance genes in the cephalosporin fermentation fungus residues is reduced, the proliferation of resistance genes in the composting process is inhibited and killed. According to the pretreated aerobic compost, the composting time can be shortened, the compost product is free of antibiotic residues, the abundance of resistance genes is remarkably reduced, no drug-resistant bacteria are detected, and the compost product can be safely recycled as a fertilizer.

Magnetic-field-assisted aerobic composting apparatus and method

The invention discloses magnetic-field-assisted aerobic composting apparatus and method. The aerobic composting apparatus includes a composting reactor, a magnetic field generator, and an aerator. Themagnetic field generator is located outside the composting reactor and the aerator is arranged on the bottom of the composting reactor. The aerobic composting method includes steps of: (1) uniformlymixing an organic solid waste with auxiliary materials and adding water with uniform mixing to prepare a composting raw material; (2) adding the composting raw material to the aerobic composting apparatus, applying the magnetic field to perform continuous aeration, thus performing the composting. The apparatus and method can promote metabolism of microorganisms in the heap and quickly increase composting temperature, thereby reducing composting period and increasing compost maturity. The apparatus and the method, from the source, reduce generation of nitrous oxide during the composting processand reduce discharge of greenhouse gases, and also improve content of nitrogen in the composting product and increase fertility of same. The method is simple in operation and has good operability andgreat adaptability.

A microbial agent composition for urban turfgrass clipping fermentation and a fermenting process thereof are disclosed. The composition include a first microbial agent comprising actinomycete, soft-rot fungi, brown-rot fungi, white-rot fungi and growth-inhibiting lactic acid bacteria inhibiting butyric acid bacteria and putrefying bacteria; a second microbial agent comprising bacillus sporothermodurans flora, a lactic acid bacterium flora, a bifidobacterium flora, a photosynthetic bacterium flora, a yeast flora and an actinomycete flora; and a third microbial agent comprising yeast and photosynthetic bacteria. The fermenting process includes crushing urban turfgrass clippings into powder; spraying the powder with water to moist the powder; adding the first microbial agent into the powder; performing heap fermentation indoor for several days; adding the second microbial agent to block biological growth of aerobic rot fungi and butyric acid bacteria; performing fermentation for more than ten days; adding the third microbial agent; and performing fermentation for several days. The composition and the process overcome an urban turfgrass clipping treatment issue, solve pollution problems, and turn waste into things of value. A fertilizer prepared by the process has high nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium contents and is an excellent organic fertilizer.
