Embodiment approach

[0025] General implementation plan: a kind of livestock and poultry manure composting process based on reducing sulfa drug-resistant bacteria and its drug-resistant gene pollution in organic fertilizers, the steps are as follows:

[0026] (1) Spray an acidic liquid or add an acidic conditioner in the livestock and poultry manure to adjust the pH of the livestock and poultry manure to 5.0-6.5; the acidic liquid is acetic acid, sulfuric acid or phosphoric acid; the acidic conditioner is acid mushroom residue, vinegar lees, sulfur or ferrous sulfate.

[0027] (2) adding sawdust to the livestock and poultry manure treated in step (1), and adjusting the final moisture content of the material at 50%-65%; the amount of sawdust is 10-20% of the dry weight of the livestock and poultry manure.

[0028] (3) Fully mix and pile up the materials processed in step (3), perform aerobic composting for 20-30 days, then post-ripen, dry, and granulate; turn the pile during aerobic composting, and...

Embodiment

[0031] 1. Description of test materials

[0032] Compost raw materials: pig manure, the type is free-range pigs raised by farmers, the appearance is dark brown, relatively wet, and the smell is very strong, the original pH is 7.4, the humidity is 72%; the humidity of wood chips is 4%.

[0033] 2. Determination method description

[0034] 1. Determination of the number of sulfonamide-resistant bacteria

[0035] Choose LB agar plates for the isolation of sulfa-resistant bacteria. Add the total concentration of 20mg l in the culture medium -1 , 50mgl -1 and 100mg l -1 The sulfa antibiotic solution (sulfadiazine: sulfamethazine=1:1) was used for resistance screening. After the compost sample was leached with physiological saline (0.85%) for 2 hours, the supernatant of gradient dilution was applied to the resistant plate and the non-resistant plate. Incubate at 25°C for 24 hours. Count the plates with the number of colonies between 20 and 200, and calculate the number of res...

Abstract

The invention discloses a livestock manure composting process for reducing contamination of sulfanilamide-resistant bacteria and sulfanilamide-resistant genes in organic fertilizer. The process comprises the following steps: (1) adjusting the pH value of livestock manure to 5.0 to 6.5; (2) adding wood chips and adjusting the final water content of the obtained material to 50 to 65%; and (3) subjecting the material treated in the step (2) to uniform mixing and stacking, carrying out aerobic composting for 20 to 30 d and carrying out after-ripening, drying and granulation. The process provided by the invention can effectively reduce the quantity of the sulfanilamide-resistant bacteria and the abundance of the sulfanilamide-resistant genes in breeding-source organic fertilizer products, lowers release of sulfanilamide-resistant factors in the breeding industry to farmland environments, alleviates the problems of environmental pollution and potential risks to human health brought by recycling of breeding waste, and provides guarantee for safe usage of breeding-source organic fertilizer and sustained development of recycling agriculture.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of environmental protection, in particular to a livestock and poultry feces composting process based on reducing the pollution of sulfa drug-resistant bacteria and drug-resistant genes in organic fertilizers. Background technique [0002] The emergence and widespread spread of a large number of Antibiotic Resistance Genes (ARGs) due to the abuse of antibiotics has become one of the major threats to human health in the 21st century. While paying attention to the residue, fate and toxicity of antibiotics in the environment, the distribution, origin, environmental fate and impact on the environment and human health of ARGs have also become the focus of attention in the environmental field. Livestock manure is a major contributor to the growing burden of ARGs in the environment. Researchers at home and abroad have confirmed that the application of antibiotic residue manure in farmland will greatly increase the ...
