The method comprises the following steps of: sieving a microbe which has high-stereoselectivity carbonyl reductase activity on a prochiral ketone substrate, determining a series of conditions of asymmetrical reduction reaction, such as reaction temperature, pH, the concentration of cells, the concentration of the substrate and reaction time and additives (including various secondary solvents, polyethyleneglycol (PEG), phosphates and the like), wherein the enantiomer excess value and yield of the (S)-(4-chlorphenyl)-(pyridine-2-yl)-methanol serving as a product can reach 86.7 percent e.e and 92.1. The product is separated and extracted initially by silicagel column chromatography, so that the purity of the separated product is 99.2 percent, and the extraction yield is 56.7 percent.

The invention provides a dicarbazole compound containing a tetraphenylethylene structure as well as a preparation and application thereof. The name of the compound is as follows: 9,9'-(5-(2,2-diphenyl-1-(4-benzyl))vinyl-1,3-phenylene)dicarbazole. A preparation method comprises the following steps: firstly, preparing 3,5-di(9-carbazolyl)phenyl-(4-methylphenyl)ketone; then enabling the 3,5-di(9-carbazolyl)phenyl-(4-methylphenyl)ketone to react with diphenylmethane to obtain the 9,9'-(5-(2,2-diphenyl-1-(4-benzyl))vinyl-1,3-phenylene)dicarbazole. The compound provided by the invention has good thermal stability, electrochemical stability, charge transferring property and luminescent property and can be used as a blue-green organic electroluminescent material.

Two-dimensional Cu-MOF fluorescent probe material as well as preparation method and application thereof

The invention belongs to the field of fluorescent sensors, and relates to a two-dimensional Cu-MOF fluorescent probe material as well as a preparation method and application thereof. The structural formula of the fluorescent probe material is [Cu2 (L) 2 (1, 3, 5-BTC) (HCOO)] n.3nH2O, wherein the L ligand is self-made bis (4-(1H-1, 2, 4-triazole-1-yl) phenyl) ketone. The preparation method of the two-dimensional Cu-MOF comprises the following steps of: well mixing a ligand L, a soluble copper salt, H2O, DMF and an auxiliary ligand, heating for reaction, and carrying out programmed cooling to room temperature to obtain the two-dimensional Cu-MOF. The fluorescent probe material is used for detecting Fe < 3 + > ions in a water body and shows relatively high sensitivity, stability and recoverability, and the method is simple in preparation, low in cost, small in pollution and easy to operate and implement.

The invention discloses environment-friendly water-based flexographic printing UV ink. The environment-friendly water-based flexographic printing UV ink is prepared from the following components in percentage by mass: 30-60% of UV-cured water-based blended resin, 4-36% of a photoinitiator, 2-8% of a reactive diluent, 3-10% of deionized water, 1-2% of an organic pigment, 2-3% of a dispersing agent,0.5-1% of an anti-sticking agent, 0.5-1% of an anti-scraping agent and 15-20% of a cosolvent. The UV-cured water-based blended resin is formed by blending polycarbonate-based urethane acrylate and silane-based modified acrylate resin according to a ratio of (0.5-1.2): (2.5-3.5). The photoinitiator is prepared by mixing four compounds including 2-hydroxyl-methylphenylpropane-1-one, 1-hydroxyl-cyclohexyl-phenyl ketone, 2-phenylbenzyl-2-dimethylamino-1-(4-morpholinobenzophenyl)butanone and 2-methyl-1-(4-methylthiophenyl)-2-morpholinyl-1-acetone.
