The invention discloses a phenyl bistriazole compound, and a preparation method and application thereof, and particularly relates to a 1-[4-(1H-1,2,4-triazole-1-yl)phenyl]-1H-1,2,4-triazole single crystal and a preparation method of 1-[4-(1H-1,2,4-triazole-1-yl)phenyl]-1H-1,2,4-triazole. The organic compound is prepared by heating ethylenediamine, 1H-1,2,4-triazole, potassium carbonate, 1,4-diiodobenzene and cuprous iodide through a one-pot method. The preparation method disclosed by the invention has the characteristics simple process operation, low production cost and less environmental pollution, and is suitable for large-scale industrial production. The 1-[4-(1H-1,2,4-triazole-1-yl)phenyl]-1H-1,2,4-triazole single crystal prepared by the invention can be used in the aspect of photoelectric materials, especially dye and luminescent agents.

The invention relates to a copper coordination polymer as well as a preparation method and application of the copper coordination polymer. The copper coordination polymer is a nano-hole-containing Cu (II)-anthracenecyclo bistriazole two-dimensional coordination polymer having ion exchange and solvent exchange functions and is a complex having the following chemical formula, namely, {[Cu(tatrz)2(NO3)2].(CH3OH).4H2O} (1), wherein tatrz is 1-[9-(1H-1,2,4-triazole-1-yl) anthracene-10-yl]-1H-1,2,4-triazole. When NaClO4 is added into aqueous and methanol solutions of the complex, ClO4<-> can replace NO3<-> which is involved in the coordination to obtain the complex {[Cu(tatrz)2(H2O)2](ClO4)2.4CH3OH} (1a). When the complex (1) is immersed in methanol, water molecules in the complex are partially replaced by methanol molecules to obtain the complex {[Cu (tatrz)2 (NO3)2].4.4CH3OH.0.6H2O} (1c). The complex as an ion exchange and solvent exchange agent has great application value in the field of material science.

The invention relates to a method for preparing a 4,5-diaryl-2H-1,2,3-triazole compound. Preparation method of 1,2,3-bis-triazole ligands and application of 1,2,3-bis-triazole ligands in CuAAC reaction

The invention discloses a preparation method of 1,2,3-bis-triazole ligands and an application of the 1,2,3-bis-triazole ligands in a CuAAC reaction. With cheap and easily available glycine methyl ester hydrochloride as a base raw material, and through derivation and conversion of functional groups, a diyne compound with glycine as a structure is obtained; then under a condition of room temperature and with organic azide as a raw material and copper iodide as a catalyst, 1,2,3-bis-triazole seven-membered-ring compounds are synthesized; and with the bis-triazole compounds and derivatives thereof as substrates, a series of methods for synthesis of the 1,2,3-bis-triazole derivatives are developed. A variety of novel, highly efficient, simple and easily available ligand catalysts are provided for a click reaction, and the 1,2,3-bis-triazole ligands have obvious effect on accelerating the reaction when used as the ligands and have quite practical application.

The invention relates to an N2-substituted 1,2,3-triazole derivative for a Cu (I) ligand as well as a preparation method and an application of the N2-substituted 1,2,3-triazole derivative. The derivative has the structural general formula as shown in the specification, wherein R is alkyl or aryl, R' is H atom, alkyl or aryl, and X is CH or N atom. The preparation method comprises the following steps: mixing NH-1,2,3-triazole, halogenated hydrocarbon and K2CO3, stirring, reacting, extracting and drying after the reaction is ended, and filtering and concentrating to obtain a coarse product; separating and purifying through thin-layer column chromatography on silica gel, thus obtaining the product; or mixing NH-1,2,3-triazole, halogenated aromatic hydrocarbon, CuX and K2CO3, by taking DMF as a solvent, heating, reacting, extracting and drying after the reaction is ended, filtering and concentrating to obtain a coarse product, separating and purifying through thin-layer column chromatography on silica gel, thus obtaining the product. The invention has the advantages that the N2-substituted 1,2,3-triazole derivative is simple in synthesis and stable in property and has the characteristics of small catalyst amount, mild reaction conditions, high product yield and high substrate adaptability.

The invention relates to a copper coordination polymer as well as a preparation method and application of the copper coordination polymer. The copper coordination polymer is a nano-hole-containing Cu (II)-anthracenecyclo bistriazole two-dimensional coordination polymer having ion exchange and solvent exchange functions and is a complex having the following chemical formula, namely, {[Cu(tatrz)2(H2O)2](BF4)2} (1), wherein tatrz is 1-[9-(1H-1,2,4-triazole-1-yl) anthranyl-10-yl]-1H-1,2,4-triazole. When NaClO4 is added into aqueous and methanol solutions of the complex, ClO4<-> can replace BF4<-> in holes to obtain the complex {[Cu(tatrz)2(H2O)2](ClO4)2.5.56H2O} (1a). When the complex (1) is immersed in a mixed solvent of water and methanol of NaF, ClO4<-> cannot be replaced by F<->, which indicates that the complex has selective ion exchange property and has great application value in the field of material science.

The method is characterized in that in the presence of quaternary ammonium salt or salt, 1-substituted-1,2,4-triazol-5-one derivative reacts with an alkali metal hydroxide in aromatic hydrocarbon solvent and the byproduct water is simultaneously removed by azeotropic distillation. Then the obtained reaction mixture is added with amidogen formoxyl chloride for further reaction. In formula (I), x represents a halogen atom or a lower alkyl group, y represents a halogen atom, r represents lower alkyls, n and m independently represent an integer of 0 to 5.

The invention provides a preparation method of 1-substituted-4-carbamoyl-1,2,4-triazol-5-one derivatives, which is low in cost and high in yield and purity and is represented as the following formula (I). The method is characterized in that in the presence of quaternary ammonium salt or salt, 1-substituted-1,2,4-triazol-5-one derivative reacts with an alkali metal hydroxide in aromatic hydrocarbon solvent and the byproduct water is simultaneously removed by azeotropic distillation. Then the obtained reaction mixture is added with amidogen formoxyl chloride for further reaction. In formula (I), x represents a halogen atom or a lower alkyl group, y represents a halogen atom, r represents lower alkyls, n and m independently represent an integer of 0 to 5.
