The scheduling method comprises the steps of making an output plan of a next day based on a short-term photovoltaic prediction power, and making different day-ahead scheduling schemes according to magnitudes and fluctuation violent degrees of prediction errors of photovoltaic powers in a sunny day and a non-sunny day; correcting a day-ahead photovoltaic planned output by using an ultrashort-term photovoltaic prediction power; and then, selecting an appropriate real-time scheduling scheme according to a state of charge of a storage battery, and calculating an actual output of a photovoltaic power generation system as well as input powers ofthe storage battery and an electrolytic bath to output to a central control unit of the photovoltaic power generation system, thereby performing real-time scheduling on each power generation electricmodule in the system. The impact on the power system is reduced, the frequency modulation pressures of water and thermal generation units are alleviated, an energy storage battery is guaranteed to work in a low-load state beneficial to prolonging the service life, the frequent change of the energy storage battery due to premature failure is prevented, and the total cost in a whole life cycle of the system is reduced.

Tungsten powder, molybdenum powder and adhesive with the certain mass are subject to the cold press to form a composite green compact, isostatic pressing formed graphites with the same diameter and the composite green compact are orderly placed into a graphite mold, a bonding layer of the composite green compact contacts the graphites, the mixture is placed into a vacuum hot pressure sintering furnace to perform hot pressure sintering molding, a sintered W/Mo/graphite composite material is implemented with dynamic balance adjustment and is subject to the cutting process, and the W/Mo/graphite composite target material can be obtained. A ply laminating technology is adopted to obtain a tungsten-molybdenum composite layer which has thin tungsten layers and thick molybdenum layers and has even and consistent density distribution, and a braze welding technology and a diffusion welding technology are combined to obtain the connection of metal molybdenum and the high-performance graphites by adding a transition layer. The method effectively solves the problem of premature failure of an anode target material caused by bad heat dissipation in the vacuum environment and under the using condition of alternating thermal load, and improves the service life of the anode target material.

Concentrical slot telecommunications equipment enclosure

A telecommunications equipment enclosure (10) that dissipates into the ambient environment heat internally generated by signal repeater cards and other electronic equipment stored therein, thereby prolonging equipment life and preventing premature failure due to damaging levels of retained heat. Equipment-receiving sleeves (20) are removably arranged concentrically about the interior of a cylindrical housing (12). The housing (12) is fitted with a lid (14) having a cylindrically protruding portion (48). Cooling fins (16) operable to conduct and dissipate heat are attached to the exterior of the housing (12). Each sleeve (20) is able to conduct heat away from the heat-generating equipment received therein, and to transfer the heat along two distinct thermally conductive pathways. Surge protection (60) is provided on a removable circuit board (62) located adjacent each sleeve (20) and replaceable without removing the sleeve (20) or otherwise disrupting functioning of the cards or other electronic equipment.
