The invention discloses a negative-
ion eco-
ceramic tile and a preparation method thereof, belonging to the field of
ceramic tiles. The negative-
ion eco-
ceramic tile comprises a ceramic blank body, namely a bottom layer, and a negative-
ion glaze layer, namely a
surface layer, wherein the negative-ion
glaze layer contains the following raw materials in percentage by weight: 30-35% of
potassium feldspar, 15-30% of soda
feldspar, 25-30% of diatomite, 3-20% of clay, 5-10% of
quartz and 3-8% of
indium-containing high-temperature-resistant rare-earth
composite material powder. The preparation method of the negative-ion eco-ceramic tile, disclosed by the invention, comprises the steps of carrying out ball milling on the
glaze raw materials, sieving so as to prepare a negative-ion glaze material,
glazing the surface of the ceramic blank body, carrying out press molding,
drying, penetrating and cooling. According to the preparation method of the negative-ion eco-ceramic tile, the negative-ion eco-ceramic tile which has the advantages of being optimal in negative
ion release amount and low in cost, being environmental-friendly and safe and being very beneficial to the health of human beings is provided through reasonably proportioning the glaze raw materials and combining full
glazing and secondary material distributing technologies.
