The invention relates to application of
a DNA enzyme in the pharmaceutical field and a preparation method thereof. The
DNA enzyme which is an immune activator extracted from a
micrococcus catarrhalis is applied into preparing medicines, thus curing or preventing various diseases. When the
DNA enzyme is prepared, a purely cultivated
micrococcus catarrhalis is inoculated on a culture medium for cultivation; a
lawn is washed and diluted to liquid containing
mycelium; the effective component
DNA enzyme which is hotly dipped is cooled and then is sucked out the supernatant fluid after being centrifugally separated; and then the supernatant fluid is processed by
high pressure and is cooled to
room temperature, in this way, the DNA enzyme which is an immune activator extracted from a
micrococcus catarrhalis is obtained. The invention applies the immune activator DNA medicines into
curing diseases for the first time, aiming at remedying the errors of
gene orders and repairing the damages through activating
gene origins, thus curing and preventing diseases and improving nonspecific
immunity, and realizing the purpose of curing genes in the real sense. The preparation method is simple and practicable, without any toxic and side effects.
