Problems solved by technology

In gene therapy, normal and healthy DNA is used as exogenous gene, which does not have the ability to correct gene errors and repair its damage, and cannot change the internal environment of body tissue cells, so the exogenous gene introduced into the system cannot be included in the gene sequence. Continuous expression regulation, not to mention the inability to directly exert biological effects for a long time, so gene therapy is still unable to meet people's ideal expectations; in genetic immunization, antigenic DNA is used as foreign genes to induce specific immunity in the body. In history, no scientific research has more practical significance for the prevention of infectious diseases than the results of vaccine science, and it has become an easy-to-understand and widely accepted concept, but non-specific immunity is the basis of immunity, specificity Immunity must be based on non-specific immunity, so it will be meaningless to those diseases with low natural immunity or already impaired
At present, there are no research reports and clinical application reports on the use of the immune activator DNase extracted from catarrhal bacteria as a drug for gene correction, gene repair, and gene therapy

Abstract

The invention relates to application of a DNA enzyme in the pharmaceutical field and a preparation method thereof. The DNA enzyme which is an immune activator extracted from a micrococcus catarrhalis is applied into preparing medicines, thus curing or preventing various diseases. When the DNA enzyme is prepared, a purely cultivated micrococcus catarrhalis is inoculated on a culture medium for cultivation; a lawn is washed and diluted to liquid containing mycelium; the effective component DNA enzyme which is hotly dipped is cooled and then is sucked out the supernatant fluid after being centrifugally separated; and then the supernatant fluid is processed by high pressure and is cooled to room temperature, in this way, the DNA enzyme which is an immune activator extracted from a micrococcus catarrhalis is obtained. The invention applies the immune activator DNA medicines into curing diseases for the first time, aiming at remedying the errors of gene orders and repairing the damages through activating gene origins, thus curing and preventing diseases and improving nonspecific immunity, and realizing the purpose of curing genes in the real sense. The preparation method is simple and practicable, without any toxic and side effects.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the application and preparation technology of DNase in pharmacy, and mainly relates to the application of DNase extracted from coccus catarrhalis in the field of pharmacy. Background technique [0002] Gene therapy and gene immunity are hot topics in the current medical field. Diseases that have been plaguing human beings such as genetic diseases, AIDS, and tumors have placed unlimited expectations on them. They have been around for many years and have accumulated a wealth of theory and practice. Because of the similarities between gene therapy and gene immunization, it can be said that the latter is developed on the basis of the former, so the current mechanism of gene immunization is somewhat derived from gene therapy experiments. If the exogenous gene is captured by the tissue cells of the body and expressed in it, the expression product is consistent with the endogenous gene expression product and directly exerts a biologi...
