The inventions provide compositions and methods for nucleic acid delivery comprising IIPMA conjugated to a polyamine. These compositions have the benefit of the steric hindrance of HPMA and the nucleic acid binding capability of a polyamine. Useful polyamines for this purpose include spermine, spermidine and their analogues, and DFMO. These polyamines have the ability not only to bind nucleic acids, but also have anti-cancer effects themselves. The compounds provided can also include ligand binding domains, such as vascular endothelial growth factors, somatostatin and somatostatin analogs, transferring, melanotropin, ApoE and ApoE peptides, von Willebrand's factor and von Willebrand's factor peptides, adenoviral fiber protein and adenoviral fiber protein peptides, PD 1 and PD 1 peptides, EGF and EGF peptides, RGD peptides, CCK peptides, antibody and antibody fragments, folate, pyridoxyl and sialyl-LewisX and chemical analogs. The invention further relates to a preparation method of the water-based working liquid for electrical discharge wire cutting. The water-based working liquid with the pH ranging from 7.5 to 8.0 is yellowish and transparent, free from toxicity and irritating odor, and easy for biodegradation, and BOD (Biochemical Oxygen Demand), COD (Chemical Oxygen Demand) and other indexes in discharged sewage are in compliancy with the emission standards for environmental protection. The water-based working liquid disclosed by the invention can ensure the bright processed surface of workpiece even when being used in hard water regions.

Long-circulating anti-tumor targeting drug carrier and preparation method thereof

The invention discloses an anti-tumor targeting drug carrier and a preparation method thereof. The carrier is a high polymer copolymerized by PEG, HPMA and MAGG. A polymerization method of reversible addition-fragmentation transfer (RAFT) is used to obtain copolymerizing components and copolymer with controllable molecular weight and narrow molecular weight distribution (the molecular weight distribution d being less than 1.4), a general formula of the copolymer being PEG-b-P (HPMA-co-MAGG). By adjusting a PEG chain length of the polymer, a composition ratio of the HPMA and the MAGG and the molecular weight of the polymer, the anti-tumor targeting drug carrier with substantially increased circulation time in body is obtained. The polymer can be used for targeting transportation of the antitumor drugs; not only is high in targeting and good in biocompatibility, but also can prevent nonspecific protein adsorption and prolong the circulation time in body; and is the excellent anti-tumor targeting drug carrier.

The corrosion and scale inhibitor is prepared from 4-8 parts of high explosive-dual purpose (HEDP), 1-5 parts of hydroxypropyl methacrylate (HPMA), 0.3-1.2 parts of acrylic acid-2-acrylamide-2-methyl propanesulfonic acid copolymer (AA-AMPS), 1-5 parts of zinc sulfate (ZnSO<4>) and 1-5 parts of benzotriazole (BTA). The corrosion and scale inhibitor is little in toxicity and influence on the environment, and good scale inhibition and corrosion mitigation performances in the circulating water high in chloride ion content and bromine ion content are exhibited.

The invention discloses a photocurable maleic anhydride tung oil acrylic resin and a preparation method thereof. The technical scheme is as follows: the photocurable maleic anhydride tung oil acrylic resin comprises the following components: 1 mol of elacostearic acid, 2 mol of maleic anhydride (fumaric acid) and 4-5 mol of hydroxy acrylic monomer. The preparation method comprises the following steps: hydrolyzing tung oil at high pressure so as to obtain alfa-elacostearic acid, carrying out addition reaction on the maleic anhydride or the fumaric acid and a conjugated double bond of the alfa-elacostearic acid to generate a maleic/fumaric elacostearic acid, and then carrying out esterification reaction on hydroxyethyl acrylate (HEA), hydroxypropyl acrylate (HPA), hydroxyethyl methacrylate (HEMA) or hydroxypropyl methacrylate (HPMA) and the maleic/fumaric elacostearic acid to obtain various high-activity photocurable maleic anhydride tung oil penta-acrylic resins with 4-5 functionalities. The photocurable maleic anhydride tung oil acrylic resin has the characteristics of environment friendliness, no solvent, hydrolysis resistance and the like; and the paint film has excellent hardness and flexibility; as renewable resources are used for replacing a part of petrochemical products, and after the workpieces painted with the resin are discarded, the paint film is easy to degrade, and the harm of the pure chemical coating film to the environment is avoided; and after the resin is added with a photoinitiator, various photocureable coatings, printing ink and the like can be prepared.
