The invention provides a method for preparing alkane fuel with a high cetane number by catalyzing plant oil or long-chain fatty acid by a Ru catalyst, which comprises the following steps: (1) mixing plant oil or long-chain fatty acid with a solvent in proportion; (2) adding a catalyst with the hydrogenation function into the mixed solution in step (1); (3) reacting in reducing atmosphere to obtain long-chain alkane with a main component of C15-C18. The method for catalyzing plant oil or long-chain fatty acid by a Ru catalyst provided by the invention has a high fatty acid conversion rate and a high alkane yield. In addition, the method of the invention is simple in process, convenient for operation, and mild in reaction condition; the whole reaction process is basically free of carbon deposition; the catalyst is cheap, easily available, and suitable for multi-time repeated use without activity reduction. The product of the invention can be used directly as diesel oil, and has important economic and social meaning for vehicle liquid fuel sustainable supply.

The invention provides a molded rubber material for a golf ball which is obtained by molding and vulcanizing a rubber composition that includes a portion of a master batch prepared by mixing together a synthetic rubber, an unsaturated carboxylic acid metal salt and a higher fatty acid or metal salt thereof, and includes also a diene rubber and an organic peroxide, wherein the master batch is prepared at a maximum temperature attained during preparation of above 110° C. Also disclosed are a method of producing such a molded rubber material, and a golf ball in which such a molded rubber material is used as a component of the ball. Use of the molded rubber material as a golf ball core enables a good core hardness under load and a good core resilience to be achieved.

The present invention provides a composite calcium sulfonate-based octaurea lubricating grease, and a preparation method thereof. According to the lubricating grease, the lubricating grease comprises the following components by adopting the weight of the lubricating grease as the reference, wherein the components comprise, by weight, 1) 10-70% of non-Newtonian calcium sulfonate, 2) 1-10% of higher fatty acid calcium, 3) 1-15% of small-molecule inorganic calcium or organic calcium, 4) 0.5-30% of octaurea, and 5) 10-80% of lubricating base oil. According to the present invention, the lubricating grease adopts the calcium petroleum sulfonate or the synthetic calcium sulfonate as the raw material, and contains the composite calcium thickener and the octaurea compound; the lubricating grease has properties of excellent extreme pressure antiwear property, ultralong lubricating life, excellent adhesion, water resistance, colloidal stability, high drop point, thermal stability, corrosion resistance, salt mist resistance and the like.

The invention discloses a carbonate phophorite reverse flotation combined collecting agent and a preparation method thereof. The collecting agent is a compound anion collecting agent and is formed by mixing basic substance with water, wherein the basic substance mainly comprises the following components in parts by weight: 0.2-0.5 part of higher fatty acid sulfated soap containing unsaturated fatty acid, 0.5-0.8 part of higher fatty acid saponified matter with the fatty acid content of being not more than 50% and 0.01-0.1 part of foaming agent, and the ratio of the basic substance to the water in parts by weight is 1: (20-70). The combined collecting agent has the advantages of strong collecting capability, high selectivity, low dosage, low temperature resistance and the like and is applied to carbonate phophorite reverse flotation with the P2O5 grade of being 25-26%, the P2O5 grade of the obtained concentrate is more than 34%, MgO content is less than 1.2%, and P2O5 recovery rate of the concentrate is more than 90%. The invention has the characteristics of simple preparation process, easy operation, high concentrate P2O5 recovery rate, low MgO content in the concentrate and low flotation cost and is applicable to flotation production of carbonate phophorite and various phosphate ores.
