The invention provides a nano
silver coating reaction kettle for synthesizing an
artificial cell membrane. The inner wall of the reaction kettle is coated with a nano
silver coating, and the nano
silver coating is formed by a method of spraying
ethylene diamine coordinated
silver nitrate on the surface of the reaction kettle. The method comprises the following steps: (1) spraying a mixed solutionof
silver nitrate and
ethylene diamine on the surface of the reaction kettle by using a high-pressure atomization releaser; (2) spraying a
mixed solution of
boric acid and
sodium borohydride on the surface of the reaction kettle by using the high-pressure atomization releaser; (3) spraying an
acetaldehyde solution on the surface of a
silver mirror for carrying out a
redox reaction; (4) carrying out stabilization treatment on the surface of the
silver mirror by adopting a stabilizing agent consisting of a
mixed solution of
sodium hexadecyl sulfonate and
ammonia water, and carrying out washing and
drying, so that the nano silver
coating reaction kettle is prepared. The reaction kettle provided by the invention is capable of inhibiting the breeding of
bacteria by itself, has a good sterilization effect on a solution with easily bred
bacteria in the reaction kettle, is capable of broad-spectrum sterilization, has a long-acting sterilization effect, and has a wide application prospect in the fields of biological medicines,
cosmetics, food production and the like.
