The invention relates to rose muscat hamburg shower gel. The rose muscat hamburg shower gel has the stable fragrance. No huge fragrance difference is caused by individual differences of rose essential oil. The shower gel is prepared from, by weight, 10-20 parts of fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether sodium sulfate, 10-15 parts of cocamidopropyl betaine, 3-8 parts of dodecyl dimethyl betaine, 0.1-0.9 part of beewax, 0.5-1.5 parts of honey, 1-5 parts of glycerinum, 1-3 parts of pectin, 0.2-0.8 part of gelatin, 0.05-0.3 part of vitamin E and 1-5 parts of flavoring rose essence. The rose essence is prepared from, by mass, 41.70% of phenethyl alcohol, 34.00% of rhodinol, 2.50% of linalool, 1.00% of phenethyl alcohol, 6.00% of silvanone supra, 0.4% of rose essential oil of a DEP solution with the mass fraction being 10%, 0.40% of undecental of a DEP solution with the mass fraction being 50%, 3.00% of geraniol acetate, 1.00% of bourbon geranium oil, 3.00% of ionone, 1.00% of three-bud leaf oil and 1.00% of lemon oil. The ionone is composed of alpha-ionone, beta-ionone and gamma-ionone, wherein the amount of substances of alpha-ionone to beta-ionone to gamma-ionone is 20:20:1.
