Atomic layer deposition reactor

Various reactors for growing thin films on a substrate by subjecting the substrate to alternately repeated surface reactions of vapor-phase reactants are disclosed. In one embodiment, the reactor comprises a reaction chamber. A showerhead plate divides the reaction chamber into upper and lower parts. A first precursor is directed towards the lower half of the reaction chamber and a second precursor is directed towards the upper half of the reaction chamber. The substrate is disposed within the lower half of the reaction chamber. The showerhead plate includes plurality passages such that the upper half is in communication with the lower half of the reaction chamber. In another arrangement, the upper half of the reaction chamber defines a plasma cavity in which in-situ radicals are formed. In yet another arrangement, the reaction chamber includes a shutter plate, which is configured to selectively open and close the passages in the showerhead plate. In other arrangements, the showerhead plate is arranged to modify the local flow patterns of the gases flowing through the reaction chamber.

In a preferred embodiment the body of the undergarment is made with material that is seamlessly woven, for example, light weight micro fiber nylon or LYCRA spandex, and includes a gusset that is made of cotton and micro fiber nylon to prevent moisture build up between the legs. The under garments are finished in ribbing located at their terminal ends. In addition to providing an overall slimming and reshaping of the lower body part, the unique knitting technique and the derriere cups in the posterior of the under garment provide the wearer comfort, a rounder natural look to the buttocks, and a psychological boost.

An isothermal heat sink use operational principles of heat pipes and includes a plate-like body including a housing, an interior partition and a wick. The housing has an inner chamber under a vacuum. The interior partition divides the inner chamber into an upper and lower half chamber and has a central through hole and multiple air passages. The wick containing a working fluid is held in the central through hole and has a lower evaporating section and an upper condensing section that are held respectively in the lower and the upper half chambers. Therefore, the working fluid in the evaporating section evaporates and produces a vapor that enters the upper half chamber from the lower half chamber through the air passages. The vapor condenses into liquid that enters the condensing section and returns to the evaporating section to improve cooling efficiency of the heat sink.

The auxiliary diodes and the active energy feedback circuits form a capacitor voltage sharing loop, the modularized multi-level converter realizes capacitance self voltage sharing effect, and realizes that the unit capacitance voltage is measured by using less direct current voltage sensors, thus the detection and the control of multi-level topology are greatly simplified. The modularized multi-level converter can be used in occasions such as reaction compensation and harmonic treatment of a medium-voltage or high-voltage power grid.

The invention provides an electric vehicle inverter protective device. A gate control signal is output to the gate of an IGBT through a driving circuit and a buffer circuit.
