A product and process for producing heat-transfers having a contrasting-color 3D appearance comprising a printed layer of woven fabric substrate adhered to a colorfast textile substrate. The woven fabric substrate includes a top substrate printed with a design logo. The underlying substrate is a solid color. The design logo / is engraved away in patterned designs using a galvanometric laser to reveal the contrasting substrate in desired areas, giving a layered embroidery 3D visual effect. Methods and apparatuses are described for determining mask layouts for printing a design intent on a wafer using a spacer-is-dielectric self-aligned double-patterning process. A system can determine whether a graph corresponding to a design intent is two-colorable. If the graph is not two-colorable, the system can merge one or more pairs of shapes in the design intent to obtain a modified design intent, so that a modified graph corresponding to the modified design intent is two-colorable. The system can then determine a two-coloring for the modified graph. Next, the system can place one or more core shapes in a mandrel mask layout which correspond to vertices in the modified graph that are associated with a selected color in the two-coloring. The system can then place one or more shapes in a trim mask layout for separating the shapes in the design intent that were merged.

Each lamp of the first plurality has a first light-emitting diode (LED) device (e.g. red) which is coupled in parallel and in reverse orientation with a second LED device (e.g. orange / yellow), each lamp of the second plurality has a third LED device (e.g. blue) which is coupled in parallel and in reverse orientation with a fourth LED device (e.g. green), and each lamp of the third plurality has at least a fifth light-emitting diode (LED) device (e.g. white). Preferably, each lamp of the first and the second pluralities is a two-leaded bipolar, bicolor LED. The first, the second, and the third wires are positioned together such that each lamp of the first, the second, and the third pluralities are positioned adjacent to each other but sufficiently separated such that little or no color mixing occurs between the lamps. The number of pixels qualified as edge pixels eligible for color trapping can be up to a pre-determined number of pixels away from the color edge. Estimates for the continuous-tone values are obtained for the dominant colors on each side of the two-color edge. The contone value of the dominant color on the opposing side of the two-color edge is assigned to the qualified edge pixels. Qualified edge pixels are re-halftoned using their assigned contone value so that halftones for one color are extended beyond the edge into the other color. The re-halftoned edge pixels are combined with the original bitmap to produce a new bitmap for the image. The new bitmap is then provided to an image output device.

The DTY two-color polyester filament realizes color matching effect of multicolor and compound color, keeps production processes of colored polyester filament material clean and environmental protective, and realizes the two-color effect of the spun polyester filament and the <color stripping> appearance styles of stone mills and water washing, etc. peculiar to the meridian of the denim.
