The invention relates to a novel extracting method for extracting active ingredients in cells by the following steps: selecting
cellulose, hydrolyzing and degrading ingredients of
cell walls and breaking the structures of the
cell walls to enable the active ingredients to be exposed, dissolved, suspended or peptized in a
solvent by utilizing the characteristics of high specificity of
enzyme reaction according to the components of the
cell walls of a garlic
straw; and furthermore, the invention is beneficial to improving the
extraction ratio of the active ingredients, and the
fiber of the garlic
straw is hydrolyzed to form glucose by utilizing an
enzymatic hydrolysis method. The extracting method is realized by the following steps: crushing the garlic
straw, carrying out
enzymatic hydrolysis, decocting, filtering, concentrating,
drying, crushing and obtaining a finished product. The method has the advantages that the application of the
enzymatic hydrolysis method enables nutritive and active ingredients in the garlic straw to be extracted and improved and a large quantity of
fibrin in the garlic straw and leaves to be hydrolyzed and converted into glucose, increases the content of carbohydrates in the product, further improves the effects of the product, lowers the production cost, avoids environment
pollution, further embodies the
advantage of comprehensively utilizing resources and better industrial application prospect in the aspect of improving the quality of the product and the like.
