The invention relates to an arrangement device and an arrangement method for pin electrodes in a high-
voltage electrostatic separator. The device comprises the pin electrodes,
electrode carriers and a negative-high-
voltage power supply, wherein each
electrode carrier comprises an insulated circular-tube-shaped housing and a reel-shaped
metal mesh filling column; two axial strip holes are formed in the outer-circle surface of each housing, and are symmetrical about the central axis of the housing to form a penetration port for penetrating the corresponding pin
electrode; a circular-
barrel-shaped inner cavity of each housing is filled with the corresponding
metal mesh filling column, and the corresponding
metal mesh filling column is tightly jacked on the inner-circle surface of the inner cavity, the central axis of each
metal mesh filling column is superposed with the central axis of the corresponding inner cavity, and the length of each
metal mesh filling column is not less than the length of the corresponding inner cavity, for forming location for the corresponding pin electrode; and one end of each
metal mesh filling column is connected with the negative-high-
voltage power supply through a conductive wire. According to the invention, the problem that the positions of pin electrodes cannot be freely adjusted in the existing arrangement device is solved, and the optimal arrangement manner for the pin electrodes can be chosen, which are of great significance to improvement for a
corona electrode structure of a pin-roll type high-voltage electrostatic separator.
