The invention provides a flexible touch control display panel. The flexible touch control display panel comprises a flexible substrate; a light emitting unit layer, which is disposed on the flexible substrate, and comprises a plurality of light emitting units; a first touch control
electrode layer; a second touch control
electrode layer; an
insulation layer disposed between the first touch control
electrode layer and the second touch control electrode layer. The first touch control electrode layer comprises a plurality of first touch control electrodes, which are insulated from each other, and the first touch control electrodes are in a strip-shaped arrangement, and are extended along the bending axis direction of the display panel. The second touch control electrode layer comprises a plurality of second touch control electrodes, which are insulated from each other, and the second touch control electrodes are in the strip-shaped arrangement, and are extended along the direction vertical to the bending axis direction of the display panel, and are arranged along the bending axis direction. The first touch control electrode layer is a transparent conductive layer, and the second touch control electrode layer is a
metal mesh. By setting the first touch control electrode layer to be the transparent conductive layer, the
signal interferences of the lower light emitting units on the touch control electrodes are shielded, and therefore the touch control stability of the flexible touch control display panel is guaranteed.
