The invention discloses a multi-measurement-point temperature sensor. The multi-measurement-point temperature sensor comprises
metal armor
layers, a plurality of thermo wires are arranged orderly in the
metal armor
layers, the multi-measurement-point temperature sensor is characterized in that the thermo wires are isolated through aluminum
oxide insulating
layers, the thermo wires and the
metal armor layers are isolated through aluminum
oxide insulating layers, the thermo wires form multiple
temperature measurement points in the metal armor layers in the axial direction, further, the thermo wires comprise one positive thermo wire and the negative thermo wires of which the number is matched with that of the
temperature measurement points, and the position, corresponding to one negative thermo wire, of each
temperature measurement point is welded with the positive thermo wire. The multi-measurement-point temperature sensor has the advantages that an insulating filler of a
thermocouple ismade from aluminum
oxide, thereby being capable of overcoming the defects that an insulating material is leaked, the insulating performance is reduced, and the
thermocouple detection is out of orderdue to the breakage of the armor layers; thermo wire arrangement is carried out through a mode of jointly using positive poles so that the number of the temperature measurement points can be further increased on the armor layers of the same
caliber, and the structure and wiring of the
thermocouple is simpler.
