The invention discloses a movable electromagnetic environment monitoring system based on 3S technology, comprising a vehicle-mounted computer, a central service computer, a wideband antenna, a radio-frequency receiver, a GPS receiver, a monitoring and analyzing module, an electromagnetic environment databank, a movable carrier, a vehicle-mounted GPRS module and a GPRS module on the service end. The wideband antenna, the radio-frequency receiver, the GPS receiver, the vehicle-mounted GPRS module and the vehicle-mounted computer, are mounted on the movable carrier, thereby dynamically collecting electromagnetic environment radiation data of testing points, and feeding back to the central service computer end through a GPRS network module, displaying electromagnetic environment monitoring and analyzing result on the geographic information system (GIS). The system is convenient to work out scientific estimation, and provides scientific basis for governing electromagnetic environment.
