The invention relates to
bromothalonil missible oil and a preparation method thereof, and belongs to the technical field of
chemical engineering. The
bromothalonil missible oil is composed of the following components in percentage by weight: 1-45% of
bromothalonil raw
reagent, 1-15% of
ethanol, 10-30% of an emulsifier, 1-5% of a synergist and the balance of
biodiesel. The preparation method comprises the following steps: fully stirring the
ethanol, the
biodiesel and the bromothalonil raw
reagent in a stirrer until the raw
reagent is completely dissolved, then adding the emulsifier and the synergist, feeding the mixture into a homogenizing
machine, carrying out heating to 55 DEG C, carrying out stirring at a constant temperature for 45 minutes to obtain a uniform transparent oily liquid, standing the liquid at a high position for 4-6 hours, and carrying out filling to obtain the bromothalonil missible oil. The
biodiesel is a
renewable energy source and has good biodegradability; and
solubility of the bromothalonil raw reagent in the biodiesel is increased by adjusting the ratio of the
ethanol to the bromothalonil raw reagent, and the defect that stability of a preparation is poor isovercome by compatibility with the specific emulsifier; and the synergist is added, so that penetrability of the bromothalonil missible oil is enhanced, rainwater washing resistance is improved, themetabolism speed of the bromothalonil missible oil in prevention and treatment objects is delayed, and therefore, the biological prevention effect is improved. The bromothalonil missible oil preparedby using the formula and the method disclosed by the invention is low in
toxicity, is
environmentally friendly, and has good social and ecological benefits.
