The invention discloses a method for preparing an environment-friendly polylactic-acid
composite material with high tensile strength and belongs to the technical field of preparation of macromolecularcomposite materials. According to the method, firstly,
polylactic acid is modified with dimerized salicylide crystals, a
benzene ring is introduced into a principal chain after modification, the principal chain of the
polylactic acid is hardened due to the
benzene ring, and thus, mechanical properties of the
polylactic acid are improved; then,
starch is modified, and the dependence between the
modified starch and the modified polylactic acid in an entire
compound system is enhanced, so that the cohesive force between two phases of the
starch and polylactic acid
composite material is increased; then, glass fibers are added into polylactic acid, staggered polylactic acid
particle chains are connected among the glass fibers, the glass fibers and the polylactic acid jointly bear a load and are used for modifying a
composite material as filler, and the tensile strength of the composite material is further improved;
zinc oxide has biological affinity and has a composite material skeleton regenerating promoting effect as a
zinc supplement, so that the composite material is economical and
environmentally friendly and can have a broad application prospect.
