The invention discloses a method for fermentation production of a cattle and sheep feed by taking soybean curb residues as a raw material. The cattle and sheep feed is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 30-35 parts of soybean curd residues, 25-35 parts of a plant material, 10-15 parts of dried waste vegetable leaves, 8-10 parts of edible mushroom residues, 6-10 parts of a concentrated juice of waste vegetable leaves, 5-10 parts of corn flour, 5-6 parts of salt, 3-5 parts of rice bran, 2-5 parts of bean pulp, 1-2 parts of molasses, 0.1-0.5 part of a fermentation strain, and 0.1-0.3 part of microelements, wherein the plant material is one of or a mixture of more than one of corn stalk, fresh forage grass and mulberry twigs; and the microelements consist of the following components in parts by weight: 2-5 parts of ferrous sulfate, 1-3 parts of zinc sulfate, 2-4 parts of calcium oxalate, 2-4 parts of copper sulfate, 1-3 parts of manganese sulfate, and 0.5-1.5 parts of boric acid. The cattle and sheep feed prepared after fermentation according to the method disclosed by the invention is comprehensive in nutrition, has a fragrant and sweet taste, and improves the appetite of cattle and sheep, and the cattle and sheep love to eat the feed and grow fast.
