Embodiment 1~7

[0017] Embodiment 1~7 A kind of composite flame retardant preparation for rigid polyurethane foam

[0018] In Table 1, the particle size of ammonium polyphosphate is 500 mesh (about 28 microns), the particle size of expandable graphite is 80 mesh (180 microns), and the particle size of bentonite is 300 mesh (about 50 microns). Mix ammonium polyphosphate, expandable graphite, bentonite and organic phosphate according to the ratio listed in Table 1 to obtain the composite flame retardant of the present invention.

Embodiment 8~14

[0021] Embodiment 8~14 hard polyurethane foam preparation

[0022] According to the formula of each embodiment in table 2, at first the sucrose polyether polyol (polyether polyol 4450) of hydroxyl value 350mg KOH / g, the polyester polyol (rosin-phthalic anhydride) of hydroxyl value 430mg KOH / g Polyester polyol HF-800) and trifunctional polyether polyol (polyether polyol MN-400) with a hydroxyl value of 420 mg KOH / g are mixed together in a mass ratio of 4:1:2 to prepare polyol composition. Then add the catalyzer, and the catalyzer is made by mixing dibutyltin dilauryl and triethylenediamine in a mass ratio of 4:1; then will add foaming agent HCFC-141b, water and polysilicon with trade name AK-8803 The foam stabilizer of the oxyalkylene-oxyalkylene block, and fully stir and mix; then add the composite flame retardant, stir and mix evenly; (the order of adding the above-mentioned substances is not very strict, but it is good to mix evenly in the end) Add the measured polyisocyan...

Abstract

The invention discloses a composite flame retardant for rigid polyurethane foam. The composite flame retardant comprises 75%-83.5% of inorganic composition and 25%-16.5% of organophosphorus ester in percentage by weight, wherein the inorganic composition comprises 40%-70% of ammonium polyphosphate, 5-35% of graphite and 25%-55% of bentonite in percentage by weight; the organophosphorus ester is selected from dimethyl methyl phosphonate and diethyl ethylphosphonate; the particle size of the ammonium polyphosphate is 300-1000 meshes; the particle size of the expansible graphite is 50-400 meshes; and the particle size of the bentonite is 300-600 meshes. The composite flame retardant disclosed by the invention is based on the inorganic component, the weight of which accounts for 75%-83.5% of the total weight of the composite flame retardant. The composite flame retardant is low in cost and can be used for ensuring that the prepared polyurethane foam material has the price advantage, is non-toxic and pollution-free, and has good mechanical property, thermal insulation property and excellent flame retardant property under the condition of maintaining relatively low density.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a solid-liquid composite halogen-free flame retardant system suitable for rigid polyurethane foam and mainly composed of inorganic materials, which belongs to the polyurethane modification technology. Background technique [0002] Rigid polyurethane foam is a highly cross-linked, low-density closed-cell foam. The closed cell rate is greater than 90%, and the gas sealed in the cells has extremely low thermal conductivity. Therefore, rigid polyurethane foam is the best variety in the heat insulation performance of building insulation materials. [0003] Polyurethane without flame retardant treatment or modification is flammable, its oxygen index is about 17%, and its flammability will further increase after foaming, so rigid polyurethane as a building insulation material must be flame retardant. At present, the flame retardants with the best flame retardant properties are halogen-based, especially brominated flame retardants, b...
