The invention discloses a production method of a high-transparency PMMA-PU gradient composite plate and belongs to the field of composites. The method comprises the following steps: (1) taking aliphatic isocyanate and polyether polyol as the raw materials and producing polyurethane (PU) prepolymer in a stainless steel mould; (2) uniformly mixing polymethyl methacrylate monomers (MMA), initiators and cross-linking agents, and adding the mixture into the PU prepolymer mould, applying pressure to an MMA monomer solution and the PU prepolymer via an upper pressing head of the mould to enable the MMA monomer solution to be diffused and permeated into the PU prepolymer to form a compositional gradient structure; and (3) controlling the temperature of a heating platform by using a gradient temperature increasing manner and building a temperature gradient field between the bottom of the mould and the upper pressing head to produce the high-transparency PMMA-PU gradient composite plate. The gradient composite plate has the characteristics of high transparency, high strength, impact resistance and heat stability and has potential application prospects in aviation transparent parts and bullet-proof transparent windows.

The method comprises the following steps: with low-fat and high-protein horse meat as a main material, putting a container into a magnetic field of which the voltage is + / -2kv to + / -8kg and the environment temperature is 0-4 DEG C, and pickling for 16-18 hours; carrying out ultrasonic treatment in an ultrasonic generator of 1500W and 40kHz for 30 minutes, and carrying out tendering treatment; carrying out primary air drying, and preparing a unique sauce, wherein the sauce is prepared from the following raw materials in percentage by weight: 14%-16% of fenugreek powder, 14%-16% of red chilli powder, 9%-11% of minced garlic, 9%-11% of cumin powder, 2%-4% of star aniseed powder, 2%-3% of seed powder of Chinese prickly ash and 40%-50% of water in a full mixing manner; and tumbling the prepared sauce with the primarily aired meat product for 30 minutes, carrying out secondary air drying, cutting into slices, packing and preparing to obtain the novel horse meat product. The preparation method has typicality and uniqueness in the aspects of volatile flavor compounds and preparation of the unique and novel horse meat product, and has a wide practicability and value.

Preparation and application of tin-doped, induced and synthesized mixed-phase molybdenum disulfide-chlorella derived carbon composite material

The invention relates to preparation and application of a tin-doped, induced and synthesized mixed-phase molybdenum disulfide-chlorella derived carbon composite material with a large-capacity sodium storage characteristic. The preparation comprises the steps of: firstly adding chlorella, a molybdenum source and a tin source in deionized water according to a mass ratio of 1: 2-5: 0.2-2, and carrying out centrifugal drying after stirring for a certain time so as to obtain a deep green block-shaped solid; and carrying out calcination and sulfurization to obtain a 1T-2H mixed-phase molybdenum disulfide-chlorella derived carbon composite material. The preparation is simple in process, strong in operability, wide in raw material source, low in cost and suitable for large-scale production, and accords with environment requirements. Results show that the sodium ion battery cathode material has the large-capacity sodium storage characteristic. The molybdenum disulfide in the material is a less-layer structure (1-4 layers), has an extra small nanoparticle size (5-10 nm) and has 1t and 2H phases.

The invention belongs to the technical field of a sodium ion battery material, and particularly relates to preparation of a composite sodium battery negative electrode material with a molybdenum disulfide-chlorella derived few carbon layer having large-current and long-lifetime characteristic. Molybdenum disulfide in the material has a few-layer structure with 1-4 layers and has ultrasmall nanometer gain size (5-10 nanometers); and chlorella derived carbon is amorphous carbon and is provided with rich N and P heteroatom doping. The technical scheme comprises the following steps of adding chlorella and a molybdenum source into an aqueous solution, performing centrifugal drying after stirring for a certain time, and preparing the molybdenum disulfide-chlorella derived carbon composite layerwith the few-layer structure by calcination and vulcanization. A result shows that the sodium ion battery negative electrode material has the sodium storage characteristic of large current and long lifetime; and the preparation process is simple and is high in operability, wide in raw material source and low in cost, mass production can be achieved, and the environmental requirement is met.
