The invention relates to the field of tailing
resource utilization, in particular to a method for preparing
porous silicon dioxide by utilizing
asbestos tailings. The method comprises the steps of (1)ball milling, wherein
asbestos tailings are smashed and are subjected to ball milling to prepare tailing
powder; (2) material mixing, wherein the tailing
powder is filtered and mixed with an activating agent, and mixed material
powder is prepared; (3)
roasting, wherein the mixed material powder is put in a chamber electric furnace for reaction, and clinker power is prepared; (4)
dissolution, wherein the clinker powder is dissolved in water to prepare clinker fluid, then the clinker fluid is adjusted to be alkaline, and alkaline clinker fluid is prepared; (5) separation, wherein the alkaline clinker fluid is filtered and separated; (6)
drying, wherein after filtering, residual
solid products are dried, and the
porous silicon dioxide is prepared. The adopted auxiliary agent
ammonium bisulfate is low in
corrosion on equipment,
pollution and cost, not only can the
resource utilization for
asbestos tailings be achieved, but also secondary
pollution cannot be caused, and the method meets the requirements of
green production and is suitable for industrial production.
